For the love of god it's AB! Unless you're super crazy on winning a flawless victory or you're super suck at AB do you need a post to discuess the strategies involved. Get to r4 and you'll know exactly what to do in pretty much all occassions.
(no offense meant but seriously, AB is the easiest form of pvp in GW)

LOL Mika... after all those ABing you did with [any] and [dr] you still don't know the best way to AB? Best way is combine all 3 and get the 4th :P... It's impossible that you can spend your whole round just capping, there will always be those who attack, or attacking or defending

I leveled an entire team of four that way a week ago on a water ele. They couldn't run away from the army eles because they were snared, it was epic.

Like I said, no offense meant, but honestly, compare with all other forms of pvp(well maybe except RA), which is the easiest? (HA, GVG, RA,TA,HB,AB)

Depends on who I'm fighting, not on the format. Especially HA (stand in AoE gogogogo) and TA (scrub build overkill) can be unpredictable. That people have vent doesn't make them good. People who screw up really badly WITH vent are double baed imo .
AB can be **** hard when the other 8 teammates are idiots and there's 2 good teams on the opposing side. TA in american districts outside peak hours is a walk in the park. RA can actually be pretty tough at times.
I don't know if GvG is hard, since I don't play it, but don't tell me all GvG teams are automatically good.
When you ask me what is the most FUN pvp in GW, I'd say TA and AB hands down. TA is just bashing skulls and AB is fun because of strategy and movement (yes some people do actually try not to suck there ).
I can remember this AB team with 2 ranked HA people and some glad 5+ guy that didn't even know what to do. They could kill players like the best of them, but they couldn't cap efficiently. Half that team ragequit before the match was over. My unranked guildies that aren't too hot at PvP at all usually do a lot better because they're more familiar with the format.

Yes, different format = different play style and different ways to win.
So even if you're a r12 Champion you may not know exactly what to do in AB.(it gets worse if you look down to it)

funny title, "developing" ab strategies...im sorry but if you are still in the developemental stages for ab strategies you must be failing huge at the game....cap, avoid mobs, cap....oh yea and cap....bringing run skills could aid in this i believe.

See how boring you made it sound right there? Sometimes there's a little more to it than that as well..

And this usually is strategy #3 unless you outnumber your opponents (that'll be #2)

That is a good skill. Since AB heavily depends on speed, I believe sometimes you could avoid this by moving perpendicularly to the projectile with speed boost on

I have also noticed a lot of good players in AB taking a break

Ah, but listing them will take a while.
As for Cripshot, it's possible to dodge without a speedboost, but dodging recurves is hard without the correct configuration.

Pfft.
Honestly in ab I just kill everything, and then cap I guess. It works.
AB should be 48v48 kill fests.
It would ownnnnnnnnnnnnnn

I definitely do not. The ability to Ursan in AB would be inimical to the skill balance that we seem to enjoy in AB. If Anet did something insane like that, I'd probably quit Guild Wars.
Edit: Typo
