no thanks. Leave it the way it is.

Pretty much anyone can win with the current Primal Express/Turret/Lingering/WoH setup because the bars are so straightforward.
Even if people fail at the new brainless balanced, they can always resort to dual palm strike/smiter/WoH, dual axe RaO/smiter/WoH, gothspike, or hexway, which is by far the simplest to use and hardest to beat.
Aside from that, even if you double glad points in TA, it's not like you can't still get glad points in RA. Just all the glad farm syncers will switch to TA, returning RA to the purely random draft that everyone is crying for. RA would go back to being a casual, for-fun area with some reward if you get lucky and do well, while TA would be competitive and the fastest way to rack up a high glad rank, which is how it should be.

TA with your guild and stop QQ'ing because anet doesn't pay enough attention to PVP anymore to realize that syncing has become a big enough issue and probably never will.
Anyone who has seen me in RA knows I only go in with either Joke builds or degenerate Spam builds or on my rit, because RA isn't for getting gladpoints. RA is for Zkey farming and lulz.

If you have a good team and there are lots of people playing. Those two don't really coincide often.
Farming RA with a 4-man sync from Asian dists is infinitely easier and faster than the current TA.

yep its beyond annoying, you have a good team and you get a couple wins but nobody else joins so you just sit there until peak hour rolls around and you face [soul] and some top 10 gvg guilds that are bored...

RA should be a revolving door with RA teams (NO TEAM ARENA TEAMS) and TA should have double the rewards for organized gaming there. You'd still have RAers gaming for glad points, but TA would then become more appealing at that point. This would in turn make RA sync's (and RAing in general) wither away. Oh yea, it'd also make botting RA less rewarding.
Also, RA should have balance implimented (i.e.: scripted so that every team has a healer, 1-2 melee/ranged and 1-2 ele/mes/etc..). What'chall think about this idea?

Keep RA random imo. Part of the fun is trying to get points with whatever team you end up with. Also, playing without a healer encourages smarter play and emphasizes positioning, kiting, etc.

That's like saying "We are going to implement a random draft among all citizens" and then turning around and narrowing the pool to white males who are registered to vote, only.
i.e. stupid idea.

Agreed, and some of the best teams I've been in didn't even have a healer. Just a nice assortment of non-wiki spike and support builds and good team coordination and before you know it you're at 13 consec wins.
IMO, syncing is becoming way too frequent to ignore it. Every time that I go into RA all I see are teams that you'd expect in TA, so it's obvious that they're sync teams. Something really needs to be done to prevent this, as it ruins the spirit of RANDOM arenas. I'm not QQing and I can deal with syncing, but it sure does wear on ones nerves after a while, so any solution that's sure to bring about its end is worth it IMO.

Because all balanced teams are sync teams?

Well if you absolutly MUST have some kind of way to deal with syncers, here is one idea:

Syncing relies on the matchmaking process in which people are added to teams in the order their "Enter Battle" clicks are received by the server.
The obvious way to prevent it would be to make teams every 30 seconds, randomly from everyone who clicked.

step 1. equip running build
step 2. go to syncing dist (korean 1)
step 3. press enter battle
step 4. cancel and re-enter on 3
step 5. have fun!

The Synching is getting out of hands, seriously, about every second game or so I meet a team with 2-4 Synchers. It takes so long to find a decent, fun team in RA, and then once you got one, you are beaten by those lame faggots who destroy every potential 10 wins. This is totally antisocial spoilsport and the people who do it undoubtedly have a similiar personality.
This has started when the Asian districts were made available to all, and with the very stupid dishonorable system.
Compared to the situation now, the situation we had before the dishonorable system was introduced, was bliss. I much rather have leavers than synchers. Now you are stuck with idiot teams like 4 Monks or Healing Rts who don't ever resign and, above all, these socially left behind synchers who can't win shit in TA because they're bad and therefore have to spoil the casual fun for all in RA.
I want to hear an official statement on this or something. It's way about time.
RA has become the worst and can no longer be considered an easy way to have fun without going through the troubles of organizing a team.
If there is nothing done - at least about the synching - I will never purchase GW2.
It's a violation of the RA gametype mode that's been going on for far too long.
Has Anet ever even acknowledged this problem?
If anything is lame leeching, it's synching, and it's worse than ever.
A lot of people who play "serious" pvp also play RA when there is no one available to form a team with, and to have casual fun. Because of these retarded synchers, coupled with the ridiculously bad balance updates ever since Magebane Shot was changed (FF etc), a lot of friends and very good players with whom I used to play already have quit GW.
RA is an important part of GW, because you occasionally don't want to go through the troubles of setting up a team of 4 or 8. It is a valid and important part of this game and of PvP, and not just what happens in GvG or HA.
It would appear RA is even serious enough to some, that they feel they need to synch.
It should have been a step forward to be able to freely choose any districts, but apparently, many players are unfit for this privilege of being free to choose and need to be taken by the hand/restricted, because all they can do is seek to exploit for their own retarded ego on the cost of others.
If you have 4 guildies to synch with in RA, you surely also have 4 guildies to go to TA with. Just because you "only" have 3 or 2, doesn't give you the right to synch in RA. It's just not fair to all others who play on their own (which is what RA was meant for).
So what if you take a "Running Build", go to the Japanese/Chinese/Korean district, and enter together with 2-3 Synchers of the same guild in a team?
They just gank you by reporting YOU as a leecher.
It's that ludicrous. God bless the report and dishonorable function.
There IS really nothing you can do about it. And Anet does nothing.

One of the reasons it hasn't been addressed is because of lack of complaints.
Also, the mods here along with many other people erroneously believe that it is not a bug.
Till then, make troll builds and enter battle alongside syncers in the sync district. Syncers are HILARIOUSLY fun to troll. One time when I was ressing and ending the enchant on this one synctard then running around while [unyielding aura] recharged They raged so hard I once almost fell out of my chair from laughing. Seriously, its one of the most entertaining things to do in this game.
Cries like these are worth the dishonor:
