Nerfing like some of these suggestions would pretty much make Shock Axe the only viable axe build. 8 adrenaline for a deep wound and 29 damage isn't worth it so gogogogo 2 hammer builds.

Maybe if you weren't so ignorant you'd understand that:
- This game isn't about building against other builds, this (should be) is about player skill, not chance.
- Those skills are easily workable. You seen WoH? PnH? And then the cost of those skills you're talking about?
- People have been adapting and countering for a good couple of months. WE was buffed ages ago, and several others were buffed in January if memory serves.

Once upon a time, Shock Axe with Eviscerate was considered one of the most balanced templates in the game.
I guess things change.

Make it last around 10-12 seconds and recharge 15 seconds and make it gain 2 energy per hit. That way you use more energy to keep it up, it has small time when you don't gain energy and you get energy little bit slower when it is on. Something like that and it is at least near to be balanced.

elite skill: for 1...15 seconds, you gain 3 energy every time you hit with a melee attack. this skill ends if you hit with an attack skill. (50% failure with 3 strength or below).
still can gain a lot of energy, but needs to be constantly refreshed every time you use an attack skill. this means WE warriors can no longer spam energy attacks on recharge.

hmmm, let's see...
Blind, yes [blinding surge] and [steam] are popular however so are [foul feast][restore condition] and [draw conditions] so I really don't get your point here...
E denial, when was the last time you actually saw a Mesmer in say GvG use [energy surge][energy burn] or other E denial skills? or wait, are you talking about the meta from like 2 years ago?
[distracting shot] I didn't know [warrior's endurance] was interruptible
[empathy] same as with E denial, when was the last time you saw this skill used outside of RA/JQ/FA/AB?
not to mention that neither of these so called "counters" are specific counters for [warrior's endurance] bars, they're more generic counters to melee, at least the blind part which is the only true counter you presented...

that would kill the skill even more than making it a stance... if it ends uppon attack skill usage it will be as useful as [berserker stance]

Meep swears on Esurge. So if you obs EUR you can see ESurge from time to time! But it's still no counter, because you usually don't use ESurge on Warriors especially not if they run WE.

hm.
Damn forgot that blind is rather easy to REAPPLY
It really isn't a big deal in my mind. Any regular anti-melee skill works on a we warrior.
Plus as a stance it can't be coupled with rush or frenzy, and then it isn't too useful.
Leave as is

there's a difference between mindless QQing, which hasn't been done that much in this thread, and simply recognizing overpowered skills that need to be toned down A BIT, not getting a massively nerf batted into oblivion...
and as I explain in my reply to you, neither of these counters are specific for [warrior's endurance] but rather general melee counters that are easily dealt with by half decent Monks if even needed to be dealt with, E denial on a War is just LoL...

Only one skill can blind so much without running into severe energy problems, Blinding Surge.
That, and I guess there is no way a physical can ever be overpowered unless they have immunity to blind. Get a clue.

except for the ever popular glyph of immolation and steam combo that is run in every gvg battle.
easy to use, both have moderately low recharges.
blind away.
