The skills that you think should be an Elite skill but isn't...
As title says, discuss and share what skills, regular basic skills, that you think are OP, or outshine some other elites, and that should be instead a Elite skill. or atleast nerfed down.
To start off. I think Faintheartedness is very overpowered, due to the 50% slower attack speed, and the small degan that comes with it, also the fact that the recharge is short, it is easy to re apply if taken off.
Also one of my fav. skill , D shot, i know i'm going to be flamed for this, but for only 5 nrg and 10 sec recharge, its a unconditional 20sec rupt skill, if it changed to an elite, then it would be like Magebane, so i'd just like to see it getting nerfed a bit.

The game is fine the way it is, the only reason you think skills are over-powered and should be elite is a concept known as synergy. Taking proper actions to overcome an opposing team as well as it's skills, players and team synergy is vital to success, and by not cancel-casting, pre-protting, using terrain, interrupting, body blocking, watching the field, etc... you can overcome those obstacles. The only reason why people think skills are overpowered is because it's easy to use effectively.
Take D-shot, you can spam it all day long for almost no energy because of a ranger's expertise, and it doesn't matter if you keep missing because once it interrupts a key skill, it's disabled for 20 seconds, and the rest of your team, if they have not been properly handled by the opposing team, is free to spike or do whatever to succeed. It's not D-shot's fault for being an easy-to-use skill, with little drawbacks, but your team's fault, for not responding and reacting accordingly (pulling out, backlining, etc...) to the event at hand.
Diversion is another one of those skills; it can be easily interrupted because of it's long cast time, but if it gets off, and no one on your team even notices it, calls out "Diversion coming up!", or doesn't interrupt it, it could potentially disable a very important skill at a great time of need. But, if your team is smart, and act accordingly, boom, it's interrupted. Or it goes up, and you wait out the 6 seconds while your team backlines that ele spiking you or bodyblocks the incoming shock-axe warrior.

Curse you IcyFiftyFive, your wall of text was to powerful against the OP nerf thread!
But, back on topic, surprised no one said [splinter [email protected]] Or even [infuse [email protected]] But, almost every strong skill has a draw back or weakness. Every bad skill has little to no draw back. Except for [Signet of Recall@-100] what were they thinking?

[faintheartedness] and [foul feast] top my list. They seriously need recharge nerfs considering their power. [plague sending] is more of a symptom of other problems, like [foul feast] and pre-nerf [signet of midnight], than the actual problem. 1 energy is kinda silly though.
D-shot and Diversion are borderline, but again only because of the short recharge relative to their effect.

I've been playing for over 3 yrs, and i know wep swaping, i know how to cancel when i have diversion etc.
but some of these skills ie [skill/]Faintheartedness[/skill], [skill/]Foul Feast[/skill], [skill/]Diversion[/skill] ( to an extent ) etc.. can be way more useful then some elites out there, and maybe with a slight buff change them to a elite. or nerf them down so it doesnt seem more OP then other skills

No, Plague sending is a problem. Mainly the 1 energy cost. It allows it to be cancel casted with a 40/40 to guarantee the synergy between it and FF since canceling a sac move doesn't sac health.
But FF is a big problem too.
IMO:
[plague sending] -> 5 energy, 7 second recharge.
[Foul feast] -> move to blood and make it 0......1 energy
[plague signet] -> 3/4 cast.

nerfing ff= no more necros anymore
why overpowered? you need reaping to benefit from its use, and only necros can put att on reaping, btw its not over u need 13 in reaping to get 3energy and 30 health from drain
plague send? lol 10% life sacrafice per use i think thats enough to keep it like it is, 3 conditions throw as much.
faint nerf? lol u need now 13 curses for 3 degen and it still costs 10 energy and 1 seconds cast which its easy to disrupt
i rly dont know what ppl has against necromancers skills in this game but the necro has been the character more nerfed in the last months.
riping attitudes make them worse.
rend nerf. worse
wod nerf. worse
faint lc etc curses to lvl 13 req. worse
lol poor necro and they still think its overpowered just because of foul feast which is like draw but with benefit from energy

the reason everyone says that [foul feast] is overpowered is because it actually is... compare it to its equivalent monk skill: [draw conditions] and tell me that [foul feast] is not overpowered... add [plague signet] which shouldn't be an elite but should get some sort of nerf instead and you got an uber counter to any condition build pressure build, which is one of the main reasons why those are none existent nowadays...
now, I'm not saying [foul feast] should be an elite, far from it. however I do think it needs an overhaul, even a functionality change...
