a monk with a roj build is really cool. Especially if you have a knockdown sin and a knockdown warrior with you, it can be overpowerfull.

After seeing that in TA I tried to coordinate with the smite monk for our TA smiteway, but she didn't get it / we were usually under far too much pressure to actually spike.

Generally it's quite useless, although if there are 50 million of them it can make you really have to step in a larger fight.

" Players who pick each class generally behave similarly, thus most rangers will act like each other, most sins, most wars, etc... "

Dont tell me someone else is making generalisations?

Most smite monks also act similarly, as do most defy pain wars etc.

Most shock axes are like each other, most hammer wars, most pro monks, etc etcetc.

I might add, you act exactly like a smite monk.

You do know we are posting in a Smiting/Have fun specific thread dont you?

I usually give your posts some credence as they seem to back by logic and experience but now..........

And how exactly do you know how someone acts like compared to someone else if you haven't seen either in action? Subtle differences like cast-cancel, positioning, timing, and other things that have nothing to do with the 123 of skills make a hell lot of difference between the Character A from Character B.

Skill levels are different from overall behavior patterns.

For example, posting or pinging one's smite build, then being told it's bad / asked to change, then refusing to change based on "playing for fun" is a smiting monk pattern.

You just descibed 90% of the Kurzick AB population

(logical conclusion: 90% of Kurzick ABers are smite monks)

This pattern is also more typical of smiting monks than most classes, in my experience.

Another pattern: being asked to stop the timer, being asked repeatedly to stop the timer, asking and being told why to stop the timer (no healer), then REFUSING TO STOP THE TIMER, is another pattern of smiting monks (this just happened to me 5 minutes ago).

As for being a Kurzick, I sympathize deeply with your plight as I too was once a failzick.

PS: ask your failzick monks to ping so I won't be able to 4 second spike them off a bull's with axe.

[[Ray of Judgment] in Alliance Battles is not exactly noteworthy other than capturing shrines solo. If used otherwise, anyone with half a brain cell could relate the 48 holy damage/second plus the -7 health degeneration to the beacon of holy light and run— unless of course it is the second coming of Jesus, in which case they will probably bask in it.

Never done this.

Also my original post was more of a gimmick team build as i stated that all 4 guild players run similar "ion cannon" builds so its unlikely that one of them is going to rage.

lol @Bobby2's accurate statement
