Guild Hall Analysis
Links to analyses of Guild Halls by experienced players. More will be added as they appear.
Druids Isle - Wasteland Squidget
Burning Isle - CAT
Warriors Isle - JR
Frozen Isle - Moriz
UPDATES:
As of Thursday July 13th:
# Modified the Burning Isle guild battle map so that Flame Cursed Sentinels are now Lesser Flame Sentinels. Lesser sentinels are vulnerable to all Conditions, do not heal when out of combat, and slowly die on their own in the first 25 minutes of the match.

I really appreciate the work you guys have done with these. They're very informative to guilds who are still fairly new to GvG and who definitely don't realize each map has more nuances than simply just the way the paths go. I really hope there can be this in-depth analysis of each individual Hall style.
I think if guilds can really study these, a lot more guilds can be better sooner, which is always good.

I share rob's feelings on the subject, and look forward to future analyses. Already I'm bookmarking and referring these articles.

is there an analysis of the ice map? if not, i am in the process of writing one. my focus will be primarily on strategic positions and bodyblocking.
a quick question: how do you embed the images into the text? the best i can do is a small thumbnail or a link.

Please note that some of the info in the Burning Isle analysis is out-dated.

i finished the rough draft of my frozen isle analysis, and i believe JR is in the process of double-checking it (well, i hope he is...). anyways, if anyone wants the rough draft for a quick read-over, i'll be glad to provide it.
depending on how it goes, i might be able to do an analysis on the jade and meditation isles.

Can we please have an analysis of "Isle of meditation" which IMHO is the map that demands the most strategic and tactical moves than any other there is?
Thanks a bunchies,
Vel

What about the Isle of The Dead? This hall is rarely seen in GvG. Is this hall purposefully avoided?
This is one analysis I would like to see. I'm not qualified enough to say I would make a total analysis of the hall, even if I do have a good idea of what it brings to the table. I'll leave that to more experienced PvP players.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it...but Isle of Solitude seems buggy.
The Bodyguard won't heal the Guild Lord ever...it seems that the distance between them is too great...
