Every AB you will have someone dumb, doing something dumb, or doing something stupid. {damn i feel dumb for just saying that all haha}
Whether it be a mending warrior, flare ranger or whatever, ive come to expect these types of things.

well on my assassin once i ran a perma-shadow build for a laugh, something like: arc echo shadow form deadly paradox way of the lotus golden lotus strike wild strike death blossom energy tap(for more lulz) anyway we went into AB and were doing fairly well and a huge mob of kurzicks ran up to me while i was prepping shadow form to cap a shrine. so i put shadow form and ran str8 into the mob...and not ONE of them had anything to remove shadow form and i managed to kill about 4/6 of them before the other 2 decided to run off(death blossom is so fun against 6 melees ) funny how a joke build can sometimes work though...

That's because it can't be removed.

You can, but the skills that can actually counter Shadow Form are ones you have to be retarded to use.
Edit: Bad wording.

[signet of disenchantment]
This one comes to mind. Horrible skill, but still a way to take off Shadow Form.
There's also Well of the Profane, but that's not one I see often.

Awesome skill on a signet mesmer, but that's about it really. And running signet mesmers in AB, well, meh, let's not .

Last time I did a few rounds on Grenz - Kurz side - I counted 5 successful casts of MS in one match, no fizzles. I cast in the face of rangers, mesmers... no interrupts.
If that weren't bad enough, once MS has been cast, people still go "DURR, I THINK I WILL STAND AROUND IN THE FIAH!" instead of, yanno, moving.

Once in Ancestral Lands an enemy Elementalist sneaked into our base.
Since I (Kurzick Mesmer) was alone at that moment for the defend I was figuring out how I would handle it. (Too much choises on the skillbar)
The E/A turned towards Ranger shrine, started to cast meteorshower. I waited till the spell was nearly complete, …. then powerblocked him. He dodged in with his shadowstep skill next to the ranger npc’s, where he was pretty much slaughtered.

alright i'll bite lol
concentrating on the fight on screen and concentrating on your skill bar when you suddenly look up at your compass and there's a sea of blue or red dots coming towards you, you yell OH CRAP!! in local chat. hahaha had to laugh bout that one.
i play a mesmer that steals spells and enchantments, i was going up against a sin, i seen him running towards me, and then he use "aura of displacement" on me... I quickly used "inspire enchantment" he tele'd away from me....and i seen him stop, and i know he's saying to himself "wtf happen" and i can picture a question mark above his head, next thing you know i'm running towards him and he's running full tilt towards the ele shrine. lolol that was hilarious.
also i love running trapping teams just for the fun of it, two trappers on the front of the enemy fort, and two on each tele, was sooo funny to see them try and get out of they're fort.
or when your trapping under a bridge and all your traps go off when they're walking on the bridge. :P hehehehe

I've encountered these WAY too many times:
1. Necromancers and Mesmers casting anti-melee hate on my Ritualist carrying an Item Spell.
2. Elementalist shrine-cappers casting Meteor Shower and Fire Storm on me when I get separated from my group. No, I'm not AI, but thanks for wasting your energy and casting time on me.
3. I'm using Hamstring on Jet Spiritdoc! [Weapon of Remedy] I'm using Hamstring on Jet Spiritdoc! [Weapon of Remedy] I'm using Hamstring on Jet Spiritdoc! [Weapon of Remedy]

What's more funny is when they cast it on a mobile target.
I'm kiting away from all their heats on my Dervish, once s/he's done casting I return, Wounding Strike, Chilling Victory and Mystic Sweep. Dead in three hits.

Hey, I see the mesmer version of that pretty often when I'm playing my monk.
"I'm using Backfire on Iria Averne!" [Cure Hex] - rinse and repeat.

It is especially beautiful when they don't use Glyph of Sacrifice for MS and wonder why they keep getting interrupted.
