Cheah the percentage is a lil higher, only said 99.9 cuz it goes with Snow's stats.
I dont mind the updates. Im prob the only person here who thinks this meta is "OK" at least.
Btw, incorrect use of the word "fail" x2, negative x negative makes a positive. L2math

These two really are cast from the came kiln. Borat is to HA what Mitch is to GvG. Both are decent players that have had some degree of success. They both also have huge egos and talk way to much on online forums.

Not at all, but judging from your aggressive response it would appear you are, probably 10.
TA, HB, and even HA would need their own balancing system. HB and TA rely so heavily on bar compression it's ridiculous, and HA is gimmick city.

Easy: just split skills into HA/TA/HB/GvG and PvE.
On a more serious note, the skill update that I've seen is pretty crappy, don't get your hopes up there's only one or two things i agree with like the (inevitable - everyone and their mother knows) nerf to Warriors Endurance.

Why would I want to leave the guild my best friends IRL play in? I've been in high end guilds in other games, and believe me, I'll have nothing to do with them anymore unless my friends are them as well since they're completely boring otherwise.

I have to strongly disagree with you there, despite the luck component rollerbeetle is by far the most balanced and fun PvP in the game.

This is a very common misconception about the GvG player base.
There will always be a portion of "good" players that leave the game. The thing you have wrong is that there are only "bad" players left.
People do not degrade over time (usually), people do get better, and if anything... the player base' skill is actually higher than it was before. This goes to the whole "rawr vs evil" argument. It just isn't a viable argument. People who WERE good and have left wouldn't necessarily be good today.
You are stating Mitch is only one of the best as a result of lack of former superior players, which is blatently wrong. That is what is so great about PvP games: your competition is always in a constant state of evolving and hopefully, improvement.

yep, that's true. But still, for the population, that doesnt do GVG (or observe in fact) the little sign who wons the halls tells them the quality of that player. and borat won halls many times so his name was displayed to ALL of the gw population, including PVE.
I'm not saying who's better, becuase it's insane to say : XXX is better than YYY, becuase GW has so many formats. So the best player should be good in all, but as long as i know, noone does all the formats
EDIT : and for the grammar nazis, i'm not a native speaker so... there could be some spelling mistakes, becuase i'm not concentrating on that

A team with a bunch of frenzy signet warriors all holding water wands won halls.
This was a result because they skipped to halls from underworld after fighting a team that didn't load.
They won halls because the other two teams ganked each other out.
Those must be some quality players.

They are good with bspike and that's quite all what they are (or were) good at. Same thing @ MATH doing gvg with iway.

What does GvG mean at this point in time? There are no money tournaments, the competitiveness of mAT's really seems to be going down and the GvG ladder is arguably more of a joke than HA. At least HA still has some strategy, GvG has become almost exclusivity a march out to stand and first team to wipe loses affair.

Firstly, I don't know who the hell those people are. But if they're good at B-Spike, well, they can be good at B-Spike. vOR were pretty good at B-Spike too. They held Halls all the time, but they still sucked when it came to GvG. iA were good at R-Spike, holding Halls all the time, but they weren't exactly good either now, were they? I'm not saying players are bad because they play Tombs, but I'm saying that Tombs doesn't mean jack all and you can be as good at it as you like but it doesn't mean you're good. Hell, Power was good at Tombs but he sucked.

MATH were bad at IWAY in GvG. Cute were the only team to run it well, and what do you know, it's because they had good players like Corwen.

It's still the top level of PvP in this game. And strategy in HA? Cap last, fire bomb the hell out of the altar, and 2 vs. 1 in holding so both get on 1 and interrupt Heroes and SoC's. Super strategy!
It's a fun format, don't get me wrong. I like it, I play it from time to time, but to say people who win it are good because they win in Tombs isn't exactly true.

It must be really hard to hold when all you are getting is 1v1s against the same team for 4 hours straight.
Halls doesn't matter and is not an accurate representation of skill.
It saddens me that 4 years later there are people who still post this crap.
You really have no clue

I find it rather amusing, sad, and ironic at the same time that the only PvP format that ANET can create that has any real balance are gimmick formats purely for fun, yet their true PvP formats are rotting away...
