I've noticed this, I have only been confronted by a shock axe from the kurz side about twice, shock sins however are another matter .....
Why the hell would you want to run shock on a sin?? I mean really but these guys are everywhere

Say what you want about defy pain, dolyak and endure pain (or some similar combo) warriors, but I regularly see groups of people wasting time on them. Both sides.
If people in AB were better players and left them alone, it would be okay to laugh at them. But as long as that doesn't happen, then these tanks are not a terrible choice in AB. Though I don't play defy pain myself, I'm not above saying that it's the kind of build that takes advantage of the naivety of your average AB player.

True, so true, but in good exciting games (say, the ones that matter to me) you won't get far. Meh I can win with an empty bar in the scenario you describe
