A monk that is a step ahead of the warrior will know this and stop moving on contact. (maybe sooner "blah blah servers")

and a very rare breed of monks that do this circle jerk will actually be able to kite, let you gain in on the distance, then still stop when you've gained the needed distance to cue the bulls

all you really have to do is equip a spear and autoattack the warrior when you see the green light from bulls strike, you will never get KD'd unless you are not fast enough

You fake the queued Bulls to keep them honest, then you run in the middle of the attack so they have to blow a speed boost to keep hitting you. Otherwise you're just going to let them Frenzy in your face while you play stupid games.
Whirling lets you kill people when the Monks are separated and relying on their stances to stay alive. If they aren't splitting their Monks, just make 'em waste prot and let the hexes kill them.
