1v1 halls would be like any other match. 3 teams make it more challenging which is the whole point of it
Hexes and MB should get nerfed. And blackout should get nerf so paragons cant use it >.<

The best I'm hoping for is prism is balanced so iway goes away and we get some hex balances. It will be interesting to see where they go with those skills because of GvG balancing.
Iway - Gone if prism is nerfed quite a bit or changed
Teaseway - Been on the decline, won't work at all in current form if LC is nerfed again.
Rspike - Not likely to have anything changed, it's been coming back.
Lich Spike - Iway was the biggest problem for this build, if iway goes away it will probably see more play.
"Balanced" W/W/SH/UG/PD/Rit/Mo/Mo - Not likely to have anything changed besides running prism supports if that's changed, most people run OoS anyway.
Hexes - If VoR and LC are toned down hexes are still perfectly viable, in fact I think a power leech mes with basically the same skills as the VoR mesmer can be more dangerous to monks when played well.
There's basically no chance of there being any changes to hero mechanics, the map rotation, etc. since Lindsey has only mentioned HB as the format besides GvG the staff is looking to improve.

Mesmer
Epidemic: This skill now causes 1 energy loss for each target it hits, and 1 energy gain for each condition transfered.
Imagined Burden: Slightly increased duration by some measly amount that will not effect the meta in any way.
Ranger
Punishing shot: Increased recharge by 1 second.
Some random pet skill: Decreased damage, increased recharge, changed functionality to increase apathy experienced by rangers who use this skill by 150%
Ritualist
Added a tumbleweed graphical effect to the character creation screen during which ritualists are created.
Monk
Withdraw hexes: Decreased recharge to 5, decreased energy to 5, changed functionality to "All party members in the area lose all hexes."
Orison of healing: Decreased cast time to 0.99 seconds.
Warrior
Primal Rage: Functionality returned to it's previous state.
Assassin
We decided not to fix anything because there is too much to fix.
Elementalist
Water trident: decreased damage by one point per attribute level.
Dervish
Some enchantment nobody ever used anyways: Increased recharge.
Farmer's scythe: Increased recharge by one second.
Paragon
Due to a rare graphical bug that may cause balance issues in the future which our QA team swears up and down that they found, all male paragon models have been replaced by a ripped 3D model of Sonic the Hedgehog from his first dreamcast game. This change will remain in effect until further notice.
Necromancer
Consume corpse: Now counts as a shadow step
Miscellaneous
Fixed some quest dialog way back in ascalon nobody cares about
Fixed a rare bug that caused an additional monster to spawn in Regent Valley.
Zaishen Keys can now be purchased from the in game store for 5.00$ US.

it rly isn't challenging, still don't know why people want to keep matchmanipulation because there are 3 teams.
Thats basically reason to remove 3team halls and courtyard.
Makes the game fair and people don't loose match because some **** decide to gank the better team what can cause into a loss for the best performing team in the match.

Either 1v1 or just max the teams in Halls. Not 3 teams, may as well make it the biggest joke or make it something plausible.

Meh, HA would be pretty boring without 3-ways. Strait up ganking isn't even the issue, it's mostly just idiots and fail maneuvers. That's part of HA though, can't imagine there are still people who throw keyboards over HoH ganks or idiots that cause them to lose because unless you're a well known dickhead, it evens out in the end.
HoH itself could be improved though, for ages people have wanted changes to cap points or it thrown out altogether and some changes for 1v1 since it's most often a free win for the holding team if everyone loads.

Even if it are idiots of other that fcuk up ur win, its still matchmanipulation no matter if it is intended or not. Thats basically only reason to make it 1v1,
or u could make it only possible to gank at the start of the game by getting the teams who can't win anymore get kicked out the match instantly.(this could result in early ganks tho if people want to be annoying)
If 1v1 koth u could make it so that nobody holds the altar at start so everybody got a fair chance.(Unless u run a build just for holding, but thats not the point)

It can be ruled as matchmanipulation, but you can't really justify that it is... you could gank a team just because you don't like them, but still win the match (rarely happens). Also it isn't like a mAT where it only happens once a month... it isn't that hard to get to Halls if your team is decent.
/resign kicks your team out of Halls if you see that you can't win anymore.

/resign is matchmanipulation also sometimes + don't see why the team that can't win anymore should still be in the game since theres no point(value) for them to be still in it
