Expectations upcomming update?
Just wanted to see what people's expectations are for next update (Tomorrow?). We all know HA doesn't get any love, but in shadow of GvG updates, HA sometimes gets some aswell...
I'm HOPING:
-Heroes can not be used in HA and GvG.
-Hexway tomed down (Various skills, weaken knees, VoR combined with mantra against interruption,...).
-Ether Prism: Reduce immunity to 1 seconds, or reduce energy by 7-8 points at 14 energy storage.
-Various Dartbord buffs (RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO it, HA has been the same for about 2 months now, I want new shit)
-Revert to old school holding. (I'm a dreamer)
I'm EXPECTING:
-Hexway tomed down a bit
-About 1 Elite Dartbord buff per profession

What makes you so sure there will be a balance update?
The only thing they said they were postponing last week was the Tourny RP. The impression I get is that, that update was it for this month...As dissappointing as that is.

Also, I'm pretty sure, as seen by the rage last week, that there will be some kind of skill update tomorrow. Releasing a skill update a few days before the mAT (or not at all again this month) would be pretty silly, though I'm sure there are precedents.
I expect to probably see some change to RoJ. They stated a while back in some thread that there would be a change to it, but they didn't really specify when. I expect to see SF untouched, but possibly a change in groupings or a quest in the UW to make SC's less viable. Mind Blast will probably get tinkered with...dunno bout Ether Prism.

Take any sensible updates u can think of targeting the problems in gvg: split eles, hexes, bloodspam etc. The update will be the farthest thing from that targeting complety different skills of which have no relevance. The end result, izzy laughing "you have been trolled".

Well last week Martin Kerstein said they would probably be able to talk about any upcoming update this week so hopefully sometime between now and tommorow either him or Regina will let us know how the update is going.

To Satisfy The PVE-Community, we are adding special PVP Only skills. To access these skills you need to at least have GWAMM.
The Following skills are introduced:
"IM SO RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOING COOL LOOK AT MY FOW LOLOLOLOL"
When this skill gets used your guild gets instant top100. You get a tiger, champ5 and glad5.
"BAMPH"
This skill is now usable in PVP, even for non-GM's
[etcetcetc shit to keep the PVE community happy.]
Nothing that we actually need, because PVE is what Guild Wars is all about.
Best thing Anet could do is make SF perma maintainable, buff RoJ some more for PVE, buff CoP and buff Consets.
Then for PVP:
-Remove Heroes from all PVP except HB.
-Nerf VoR
-Nerf WK
-Nerf MB
-Nerf GA
-Rework PB, faster recharge,less energy, less disable time.
-Nerf Paragon damage for PVP, they are kinda like turret rangers with more defensive.
-Nerf Bspike
-Nerf ALL heals
-Buff ALL prots,
-Nerf strips
Having a physical pressure meta with lets say... 2W 1R 1Me 1para/bsurge/snare seems fun to me.

I would say 5-6 skill changes on skills no one ever uses. Tourney points and yet more and more QQ did I say MORE QQ here about what they did/did not do. Some things never change.

I'm expecting to be dissapointed by the update.
I'm at about 10% sure the TRP will be distributed.
I'm at about 5% sure that there will be a skill update.
If a skill update happens I'm 100% sure it will be a failure. Dartboards FTW.

you can perma sf already ... RoJ is fine for pve(would make A LOT mad at scatter)
CoP is why mesmers are used in pve, dont touch

-hb only thing that should have heros
-VoR does need nerf (ww needs more nerf imo,its uncounterable dmg)
-wk needs a slight nerf, just higher energy & recharge
-mb needs higher recharge
-bspike needs nerf BAD!!!!!!!

1v1 halls(none of teams having a benefit, like koth nobody has altar)/courtyard or change some mechanics if its 3team halls/courtyard
example(mechanics): when its not possible anymore for a team to win they automatical get kicked out the match, reducing the abuse of ganking
bug fixes and skillchanges (yay, another boring meta coming the next 2months)
