what i usally do to catch 3/4 skills is determinate how predictable their monk is like if I want to dshot RC or WoH I just assit in spikes and when the spike fails I switch to the monk and launch a dshot

and about bsurge they cast bsurge with a recharge time of 4 secs just wait for it concentrate and guess when the new one comes.. it isnt that hard when u get the feeling

mesmer trupting can be quite hard due [Mantra of Resolve] if not try to guess if they are wearing 40/40 sets

for practice do more gvg's keep a good eye screen as far as scrolled out

Similarly, if you can't even hit 1 sec spells at common range, you just can't do much more than practice your reflexes.

You should be able to hit 3/4 spells with a ping hovering just below 200 so 150 shouldn't ever be a problem.
