I don't know the HB one but if I'd have to guess I'd say that the first three skills are replaced by

It seems odd to not have an interrupt on the HB build though, so maybe it has Savage Slash or something

I never played an ES war in IWAY but don't they have hammer bash for Q-knocking?

Hammer Bash deletes adrenaline. That would mess up the happy spam playstyle that is the joy of IWAY. Also, quarter knocking requires good timing, which is hard to achieve when you are drunk.

Also, run that other dw skill instead of crushing. (Forgot it's name)
The one that causes weakness + dw, but requires 4 adrenaline. Concidering you don't have to use flail after urfshakur, it is the better skill in every aspect.

And if you run that skill that causes weakness you should be better of with running fierce blow isntead of mighty blow, imo.

I really dont see the whole point in why anyone would ever bring fierce blow over mighty blow.
Mighty blow deals the same damage for just 1 adrenaline more, but unconditional.

The only time I've ever seen ES wars in IWAY is when good ol' [Dong] (may it r.i.p) comes out and runs with their special version of it
Usually pug IWAY's will ask for swords and axes instead of hammers, that way no one has to coordinate or get on vent or be good at timing/the game itself...they can just swing the night away and continue being baddies

I urge all iwayers to stop using the Hb/es with maelstorm version of Iway. The only map i have seen that build give a significant result is vs the zaishen where u can wipe them out in 20 secs.
Use the 4 battle rage iway wars. The best teams in the game can be rolled in 4-5 minuites normally (depending on how good ur wars are). It all depends on your team. Good wars > good pressure > good dchops > good pressure > good game. The dchop gives you a significant advantage in every map and in every situation.
Use 2 weapon of shadows instead of 1. Maelstorm does not always give u an upper hand vs b-spike. Tips to win vs b-spike. Have ranger drop spirits constantly (except QZ). Have the recovery ele only on heal and do not drop recovery (just use ranger spirits to infuse). Wars need to avoid dmg by running back if they are target and by dodging the aoe dmg of the b-spike. At the end of the day only very few bspike teams run the build right - Bo and a couple others.
Running Mael does not give u an advantage over sway. Weapon of shadow is critically required vs sway. Just cast it on urself and run in the ranger wards. Your ranger needs to be good however. He needs to provide snare for the eles and have the rits warmonger shut down. The war with wildblow will have to backline. If your eles pull the R/A out of heal range, the R/A will die. If he has half a brain, the R/A will pull back leaving 2 snared R/as on the eles (which do significantly less damage). When the R/A is takeing damage, the sways E/Rt will have to come infront of traps to heal him. The other 3 wars have to take advantage of this and kill him.
Recently, even the best sway teams take only 5-6 mins to roll just as long as the best balance. Never change ur build to counter 1 build, but think of how your existing build can counter any team.

Also Q-knocking is really easy. At least with our build, I'll regularly be able to earthshaker -> crushing -> earthshaker. Also I really do like flail on this bar, I'm the only one that runs it, but it gives IAS when out on red/yellow shrine in halls where IWAY won't reach. Also iway + flail + faintheartedness is pretty hilarious.
