Guild Wars History: Most Fun PvP Builds
What PvP build was most fun for you? It doesn't matter if it was OP, gimmick or whatever, only fun counts. It's why we play games.
Mine is.. old school frag mesmer in RA Ingenious combo, and amazingly fun against those not familiar with it, and those who don't have monk nearby. The "what the...?" reactions = priceless.
And let's face it, Mesmer was much more fun back then, before almost all of its skills got nerfed.

flourish sin... so much fun to play, so much fun to watch peoples mass confusion on why they've been on the ground for the past 20 seconds
mo/r pet boon prot is also hilarious and surprisingly good, i don't think it beats flourish sin though.

I was a fan of the Augury of Glave Rt/A I ran in RA before the Spirit Spike nerfs.
You cast Bloodsong and a 12 second recharge Augury of Death on your target, Carry Glaive while in the area of him, then knock him below 50% health with Gaze from Beyond, Spirit Burn and Essence Strike. Your Teleport causes you to drop Glaive, meaning in an instant, a foe below 50% health gets a deepwound and another ~130 damage, and you hit everyone else around for a healthy amount. Spend some points on a spare Spirit Light, Splinter Weapon or Ancestor's Rage, and you're set.
Good times.

The LLJK original. An Omegaspike back before obs mode even came out. 2 gale warriors with warrior's cunning, a lingering curse mesmer with shatter, ranger, and some other midline damage. It never caught on for good reasons, but so many teams had no RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing clue how to deal with it.
Aside from that the old KGYU triple warrior build. One sword with bull's charge and plague touch.

I loved the sig mesmer + melee combo. Good fun, especially when people were running 2, one with holy wrath - totally didnt work.
