Current meta is all about personal defense. Every player is trying to get as much +armor as possible. While there is nothing bad about the +hp from survivor, something that will yield reliable +armor is going to be better. Which +armor insignia will depend upon your build, your team's build, and your team's playstyle; ultimately it is whatever will yield higher armor while being reliable. That said for a rit runner, you are probably going to end up with herald's or +15 weapon spells (I would tend towards the latter, which is what you have already done).

I see countless of people who only put armor on chests and legs, theres a 37.5% chance you are hit on the other parts!
If you're going to run armor, run full armor. It's a very old and bad habit not to do it.

I'd probably say survivor if you are running the E/Rt flag runner. If at any point you are going to be taking a full load of damage (aka spike) you have ether prism to negate that damage.
In any other situation such as a split (where a ranger will be pushing you to force a boost) the armor isn't going to help you live. Given you shouldn't degen out to the ranger in a worse case scenario that health will save your ass.
If you know you will be fighting fire eles, I would possibly suggest +20 vs fire armor in which you can get the elemental weapon, fire shield, and the appropriate armor for like 27 damage mind blasts.

ghost forge armor (+15 armor while affected by a weapon spell) is going to be the best on a rit all the time. Resilient weapon + ghost forge armor + the right shield will reduce so much damage it's unbelievable.
on ele/rit, survivor is okay, though I tend to prefer pyromancer just because fire eles are going to be the main damage source you're going to encounter if you're split off/defending a base etc.. 8v8 it's less effective but you aren't by yourself then, so its not as bad.
