Huhu.
Emote would be interesting but I rather prefer an obs mode, even if we'll probably see idiots running spike/lame.

I'm still thinking a reward chest after every 10wins would be nice.. could be equivalent to a HoH chest or something since the mechanic is already there, but yeah; it's a nice idea that I would like to see implemented.

Not really much point; Linsey stated in her talk page that TA was fine and she didn't plan on doing anything with it. Heavily paraphrased, but iirc that was the gist.

IMO:
1. Kill syncing
2. Make it so TA gives you 2 gladpoints at 5 wins, 3 at 10, and 4 at 15...basically start TA'ers off with a small gladpoint boost for going through TA.
3. Zkey added to inventory after every 10th win.

IMO:
a) whoever expected them to actually balance something exclusively for TA is very naive (though it has happened a few times).
b) suggestion #2 above is nuts. its bad enough already, no need to make it even more HA-like.

hmm more active and exciting... TA is very active on zquest days so thats good (even if its 50% RTL lol) more exciting... hmm... realistically the only way it can become more exciting is if some skill update coincidentally changed a bunch of skills forcing a metashift in TA. People just gave up on making builds though for some reason, so if you make up something maybe thats exciting..? It still possible to make fun/effective builds up; however, most of the serious 40+ win builds have been created already.
look for TA guild and meet new people to play with if the best advice i can give to having more fun. (none of this but i wanna play with my "core" only crap)

you're in the wrong thread, bud!
this http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...86#post4821586 is the right one for you x)
events and z quest days only attract "trash" player. what needs to be done has been told often enough, but no one rly expects it to happen.

I don't rly think those few pve losers quitting every 3rd match to collect their shitty reward make TA more exciting.

TA needs to be more fun. Its current state only allows a very narrow amount of builds to succeed and most of them take advantage of certain skills that are balanced for 8v8 but wipe the floor at 4v4.
Suggestion 1:
a). Stop taking RA people to TA. Once 10 wins are attained at RA, party returns to RA outpost.
b). First TA victory gives 3 points and all subsequent give 4 points.
This is to stop people from "starting at RA" (can be fixed by killing synching too), stops 'feeding RA prey' to TA teams, and grants more points automatically for starting at TA.
Suggestion 2 (more radical one):
Make TA a 6v6 arena. Greatly increases the flexibility of team builds and closes the gap of balance between 8v8 and 4v4.

Yeah sure. Force RA ppl to get back to the outpust so TAers can go watch movies. Maybe implement some kind of alarm so they can alt tab back when some TA team accidentally enters.

Looks like this won't even be needed, according to Linsey's Journal, TA is going to be nuked out of GW, replaced by Sealed Deck. lol.
