and yes the combo of that high of an ims and ias was bad, but, not as bad as it appeared because people didnt know how to deal with it. now they know that kiting is what causes the p rage damage and that its stationary dps is pretty fail. the recharge was too short where there wasnt a penalty to cancel originally, and bad warriors could dominate games.

Evisc with echarge > Primal Rage > Evisc without echarge > Primal Rage with shield bash.

But in fact, primal rage sword is the best warrior build.
Also, primal rage axe can fit axe rake and a second interrupt which is ridiculous pressure.

Bulls > Evisc > Exec used to blow people up, but it's almost 2010... people don't run boonprots with 490 health anymore (10 al ignoring dmg nerf didn't help either). On the large scale, the game has become about piling on more small packets of damage. Within the scope of AB, PR wins due to superior mobility and pressure.

With that said, running an evisc bar with 16 axe and a conjure is still fun.

Enraging goes a long way making up for the mobility issue... at the cost of SB

As for pressure, PRage's advantage is IAS on kiters for autocrits. On stationary targets, Evis is just superior. And scarier. And doesn't wtfrollover to Weakness.

Ya everyone has hiis or her own style of play, stuff depends on the build too. Don't really need PRAGE with an ele spamming fallback.

That and is it just me or was AB actually hard today? never had more fun in weeks, darn sRs defectors. Maybe we'll see the jade again, I can always keep dreaming.

Yeah, whole alliance changed minus a few guilds. I don't think FouR has come over, but SfF (or SFf can't remember), UCW, sRs, CneX have all changed over. Beware guys it will soon be the jade sea once again!

Oh also duno why you guys discussing so much about warriors. Eles is where its at, no amount of praging or evising will get you close to a MoI

which you can actually run over a nuker on Grenz, just take maelstrom (though most of the time I drop it for shield bash)

the FouR guys went kurz too. i mostly play with them and a few of the guys from sRs. my guild is kurz and i really enjoyed playing with them when they were lux cuz of the super quick wait times. seems like the wait for one match now is 3x longer than the actual match.

was monking for some sRs guys earlier and i had one of those days... backfire + vor + wastrels worry spam + a hammer war + multiple sins with wild strike raping my bal stance and then to top it off the war had counter blow to eat my shield bash with : <

please enlighten me as to why, because i disagree. there was a time when p rage sword was very strong, but that was also a time where strength of honor saw play in pvp. it was strong because of sun and moon slash's ability to spike with the smite buffs up. seeing that every argument for p rage includes the kiting auto-crits, please tell my why you would not use the higher crit of axe + no pre-req deep wound + damage skill + utility (rupt).

if you havent noticed, im strongly opposed to primal rage because it has dumbed playing warrior down to the point where the use of a skill on your bar takes out a HUGE portion of what it takes to play warrior. with that being said, sword is the least micro intense of all warrior playstyles and IF one was to run sword in ab, id say cripslash, maybe h blades with a necro midline or dont play sword.

Wouldn't be too sure, they're all good players, but the rest of the kurz is kinda dragging em down. Besides that we rolled CneX quite some times (Got rolled quite some times too so meh).

I hope ur joking with the second part, because a water ele and a warrior are apples and oranges. Eles wouldnt kill squat if opponents in AB would actually bother with shield sets and minor runes :P (And, in some cases, with monks lol). Agreed that MoI is borderline overpowered though. That and running water ele on grenz is very rewarding, but especially with a water ele you WILL need a good frontline to go with it else getting kills will be a drag in many cases.

Sword in AB is very strong, dont know what people like about hundred blades though I think it's not very much better then fresh monkey dung, but a bar with cripslash and shock is awesome pressure. The reason why it could be obsolete is that many teams already run rangers for cripple.
