I lost count of the number of times I got qknocked off a meteor in my last 4 games. The best was getting qknocked by a meteor off a shock, then into another shock. So random.

To top it off, a pair of retards started sharing their opinions about how only bad monks don't run balanced stance in AB, and how you should be able to survive 8 seconds of knockdown with 2 prages and a fire ele spamming you unmolested anyway.

The point of the story though..... we won three of the four because the other teams were too busy timing knockdowns to cap any shrines. So after an ungodly amount of deaths to kd spam, I'm still pretty happy running mo/a to cap faster :P

i'm not too sure why you run a monk in AB, i just bring any random bar with damage, kill some npcs, cap a few shrines, win and then fall asleep at the keyboard or somethin. like you said, you won cause the other team was killing you instead of capping, that's the whole point.

but really, it's ab, do whatever you want run whatever you want and realize you're getting shit from abers... abers.

Haha well they're not that bad if they're qknocking off each others kds :P I do mean qknocking too, in every instance except one I was just trying to get patient spirit up because there was obviously another kd inc

Q knocking of each others KD's is no harder than Q knocking from your own KD's.

Anti KD is pro because Mo/As get rolled by a half decent frontliner. Surely you know capping doesn't win, otherwise you'll see 12 eles running around like headless chickens

This is true. Myself and another earthshaker warrior have kept 3-5 people on the ground for more than 12 seconds.

i hate that when its almost constant KD in PvP, i'm not any good (though it is fun just KDing the eles in AB every now and then) but its kind of annoying when you die after 10 seconds of virtual paralysis. well that taught me to bring an anti-KD

Last time I checked, capping is required to win AB, though some seem to prefer fighting mobs.

when i ab my team does this kinda stuff all the time. we usually run a pretty balanced set with multiple kds and rupts. we end up q knocking and q rupting with meteors, bulls, shocks, dev hammers, bash's(or heavy if youre ray or tele

), d shots, p blocks, etc(depends on the team which skills we have). a little friendly competition within the team over "who got that one?" we dont focus on doing this, it just happens when you play with the same people often enough and they are solid players. sometimes though, we do get a lil aggressive and look to blow up teams that are talking trash to our other teams and occasionally itll cost us a win

its nice to go against a team equal to or better than us so theres a challenge or someone who appreciates the coordination/techniques we employ.

And it's craptastic teams like that that get rolled over and over by teams that can stay alive long enough to cap.

Capping alone doesn't win games.

On topic: Balanced Stance in AB is FTW, especially with all the PR wars, Dev Hammer wars and KD sins running round. You can't keep your team alive if you're constanly on your ass.

If you're worried about mobility have your ele run Fall Back for faster movement around the map.
