Bah hexes suck but when your team cant work around them they either don't have the tools (it's ra after all) or they're just bad. In both cases you won't get long streaks.

A competent ranger can take out the hexes before they even land, but meh, you gotta be lucky enough to have one on your team. RA is mostly shit luck. I personally wouldn't build around luck.

If all hexes had a 2s cast you would have been right. Problem is most hexes cast in 1s only and most people nowadays cast off a 40/40 set. Some even fake their casts in the face of a ranger. A good ranger can relieve some of the pressure but the majority of the hexes will still slip through and if you can't remove the right hexes quickly enough your team is about to collapse.

1 second casts are easy to catch pretty reliably.

It really depends upon ping. Sometimes I sit around 400 and even 1 sec casts keep getting missed.

I know don't play interrupts if you don't have good ping hurf derf. Oh but beat hexes by interrupting them hurf derf.

TBH, only use it on WoA Battle Rage Aggression W/Rt so that you have your shield and no double-damage clause downer. It'd be the best application possible in Random Arenas without suffering bigtime from the -20 AL.

Im pretty sure they made this insignia for droknar's forge running when it was popular 3years ago lol. its not meant for pvp i think

I'm pretty sure they made this insignia to replace the helm that was taken out of the game, which happened to be quoted in the post above yours.
