This topic is about what are henchman for in HA.. not about human monks. What's the point of having henchman if they can't heal ghost? They should be removed from HA just like heroes did because they're useless. Either make them better and smarter or remove... this has nothing to do with human players, i'd rather take a hench who i can flag and who goes where i want than any gw player whos playing these days.

Using hench eases the mind. One can tell the enemy that one lost because of the hench, one can tell themselves, too .

Basic training doesn't mean much. Someone could have got r9 in a couple of weeks 4.5 years ago from b-spiking. They'd be no good at playing most builds, maybe.
I say, keep hench as they are. If people want to make good groups, they can do it with friends.

Sure, because everyone really wants more mesmer heroes with, ooh i dont know, PI or Tease. It worked in HB. Also on 6 player HA, all you are doing is reducing the available playstyles. With an 8 man team, everyone has a role to play with all of their 64 skills. With a 6 man team, you only have 48 possible skills to use. It limits everything about a game.

Henchies are already redicilously OP when facing a spike. Whenever I run any form of spike, simply pinging a target in team chat will lure either a guardian or spirit bond on the target. (A la Gwen weaponspell abuse pre-hero removal)
I've seen divinus infuse targets against rspike/ritspike at litteraly 1% HP on observer before. Not just once, but just about every spike that match. (They tried to spike him, but the prot henchie actually spirit bonded like a pro aswell)
Making it so they have no downside whatsoever (aside from no aura of stab on the prot) would make people run them over real players during active hours.
On top of that, henchies shouldn't be as good as real players. They should be a cheap alternative when you don't have friends to fill spots, or when you can't be asked waiting another 15 minutes spamming "Lf". If you don't wanna invest the time into forming a decent team, you shouldn't be able to reap the rewards.
Making monk henchies less effective against spike builds instead of buffing them. The fact that they're shit in HoH is a small price to pay when you know you'll autowin against any form of spike.

Spike is just a gimmick build and Anet should make healer hench infuse and prot perfectly against spikes so people will finally play balance instead of sfspikes rit spikes etc.. just ruining the game with spike builds like those.
+1 for improvement of tutela and blacks AI

What do you play now Anna? After looking at the skills in game, I'm assuming with sway gone, you went back to playing a roll-your-face-on-keyboard-assassin? Probably with ele as secondary?
I'm guessing you have two sins, two monks, and four, fairly easy to play classes? Perhaps not. I could be talking crap, but in this case I am going to base my whole argument on a gamble. For the reasons that arguing with proper evidence is just too easy, rofl. My point is, if you're still playing something ridiculously easy and you're trying to present yourself as "I used to play the easiest build in the game, now I'm doing something more difficult" then honestly, fail. If you haven't changed your play style at all despite game changes, why and seriously WHY do you think others will change?
In conclusion. It doesn't matter what you do to a game, people do not change. With that said, don't just ruin it for the sake of it.
I really don't get why you talk about ruining the game? It's hard not to burst out laughing.

If you consider people are now running dual DA paras and double water ele on morning ( sometimes even with blackout mesmer) , that you get uw--> court skips everytime + restarts , that you fight BBways due to epic luck only on shrines , i don't see any other solution than running those a/el and those 4easy hexers you mention.( if you consider aswell people aren't willing to join non meta builds on those hours )
2 solutions in order to make people who still want those 123 mash builds out happy : add back hero battles ( i know most people who 're playing either bbsin or wota's , they used to be srs Hb'ers) , or just U P D A T E .
Anyway ,to come back to the point of topic , seriously i'm so amazed at the number of people who just spam " Kill ghost kill ghost they got monk henchs " when fighting blahks/tutella. But their AI is really incredibly bad , like this morning when i decided to go in with randomway , and the only iway warrior alive soloed ghost whereas blahks and tutella were close...

I mean they're added for reason and if they're not just remove them like u removed heroes because removing stuff instead of fixing was always the easiest solution for Anet.
By the way Elektra sir my playstyle was always steamrolling all opponents under 2 min so it's obvious I play sin now, why should I play some fancy wars and stuff when Anet gave me these op skills to use, you just make no sense mate.

Yes I am against op but if nothing else can beat all these days what do u suggest to use then. Remove those a/e, remove bb wars, remove soul twist rit, remove iway wars, remove rit spike and I'll be happy. I can always make myself an build which can win against anything but with the current meta it's just impossible because the difference between hex meta and bbwar meta. You need completely different skills to counter those. That's why i stick to a/e because obviously I'll win against other a/e build and against pretty much anyone else but as I said I WANT NERF NOW!

First of all you don't know what part of Croatia I'm from so I could just tell you anything, 2nd of all if you know me that good you should know that I pretty much always ran heroways so I want henchmen with similar AI and since hench replaced heroes because dumb abusers they should have better AI = ability to heal ghost.
