Question about Hall Of Heroes
Let's suppose holding team decides to rage hall for some reason. Then , how is next hall fight decided? I mean , does one team needs to get to the vault and then that one will be blue only or is there some other way ?
If that's the only solution , maybe something should be done , because at dead hours then it might take some hours for a team to get to the vault , and then it will make people have twice more restarts or fight same team along all maps....

Should be correct, I remember being able to rage halls with some mates and not seeing the message pop up for hours on end, due to no team getting near or into the vault, I believe that a new halls refresh is triggered when 1 or 2 teams hit the vault.

Blue team loads as null, only ghostly.
Two teams get skipped into halls from whatever map, whenever timer allows.
I believe that's how it works.

Ive never seen a blue team with just ghostly before, always seen at least one other blue member that usually leaves before the match starts. I Think you do have to kill Blue ghost for the blue team to be defeated though, its been a while since this has happened.
Our team has loaded in Blue at least twice during dead hours, I am not sure if we were in Vault or not, wish I paid attention, but the last time it happened I really do not think we came from the vault I think we came from Courtyard, loaded in as blue and got ganked because we were the "holding" team lol.

The Yellow team gets the blue spot if noone loaded in.
Though this depends on wether or not they leave before, or after the timer starts.
For example, if you have a guy rage your team right as you win a match (in HA), you WILL get a henchie the next map. However, if he leaves as the timer is already rolling for the next battle, you won't get a henchie, and instead you'll have a "greyed out" name in your party.
If the intire blue team leaves, pretty much before opening chest, the yellow team will take the blue team's spot in the next map, and it will be a 1v1. (It could even be 3-way) If atleast 1 persons waits untill the timer for the new match has already popped up, and the leaves afterwards, the blue team will load in, assumingly with the player who left after timer greyed out and then 7 henchies, and a ghostly.
So in this ocassion, you'll only see a blue Ghostly load in the map, which is something you see every now and then. The reason why you rarely every see the yellow -> blue swap is because it requires everyone to leave BEFORE the timer pops-up, so in those 15 seconds you have after beating someone. (When the teams are getting kicked back to HA), and thus not opening chest. Concidering noone would not want to open chest, it barely every happens. Ow yeah, in case of a resets it can also occure. (People do open chest, but leave after, but then they would've had a timer reset, so in the next HoH, Yellow will take blue team's spot)

This is from my experience pretty sure its the right one. If every1 rages HoH, HA will get reset, like when a new build occurs. The server will think no one has reached halls yet. What this means is that the first team to reach the vault will get blue. If no one has reached the vault, HoH isn't opened up yet(hence you see no one winning halls for a long time).
This could be false but usually the team that has advanced the furthest will get a full run(lets say you are in burial and every1 else is in UW or fetid).

aslong as 2 teams are synced with halls timer at the end of the match at uw or beyond you will get into halls otherwise its until 2 random teams synced with timer at the right time will get in, hence probably why you see no one win halls or sometimes within 10 mins
