I'm surprised no one mentioned that you can also get z keys with gold z coins - that's 500pnts per key. On days with easy zmissions and/or zbounties and done on multiple characters that can put a big dent in how many you have to earn/buy.

Hero would take awhile especially during dead time

Champion near impossible unless you AT often or press b to see if any champ guilds are farmable

gladiator is pretty easy if you have the patience for inexperienced pvpers if you monk or play a nice line back warrior

Zaishen would be the easiest by far farm pvp quests and if you farm pve there you go

@OP - Just get the glad statue over the zaishen statue, at least it'll be more enjoyable (kinda?) and give you something to work for.

Wait for the GvG zquest to come along, and then gather yourself and 7 of your PvE buddies and run builds that you see when you press "b" and you can get 20 to 30 zkeys in a couple of hours.

Alternatively if you can't find other people just get two assassins, two monks and 4 heroes and farm up the ladder with henchmen-hexway
