I bunched up PB/PD with PI since they all use the same build with a different elite and the tactics are the same. PB/PD aren't suited for capping compared to say PI, Panic, or VoR so they aren't very popular or seen often. The best way to counter them is to simply ignore them.
Mesmers are completely oped in JQ and a lot of fun to play as well. They can completely outplay a RoJ Monk.
I'm guessing you didn't get down to variants where Mo/Me is listed. I did mention restful breeze briefly too. Not multitasking just means you're being lazy. It all depends on your play style.

You seem to have a persistent habit of stalking Recent Changes. Anyways, for the Mo/E variant I prefer Glyph of Essence over Glyph of Concentration because it avoids the effects of still being interrupted via disabled (from the likes of DShot, Magebane, PI, PD, PBlock etc.)

This is a very good guide. I've played lots of JQ and earned millions of faction from it, but I still learned things from this guide.
You might want to remove the mention of IoP from the section on Water Elementalists, though. Back in the day IoP Shatterstone Water Eles were completely godlike; they could keep the turtle snared while killing the Monk easily. Since then the template took severe hits with nerf to IoP, Winter's Embrace and Freezing Gust. Water Eles a lot weaker now in my opinion, although compared to other anti-carrier builds they do retain powerful skirmish abilities and they can keep a turtle snared far easier than any other build can.
Again, good guide.

I've been playing the RoJ for a while now but this gave me a couple of ideas, so thanks for putting it together.
"Airborne Speed" ? I would love that. How about "Target Ally flies over adjacent foes and gets clean away".
