I'm just pretty convinced that the format isn't truly random....
How can you explain that everytime you get 4 melee for hours and then , when you roll monk, you suddenly have 2-3 in team EVERY fight? really...
Also, i would like to be explained why do i keep facing the same people with no monk everytime i get past 5 consec....
I can believe all of this is luck, but luck isn't supposed to happen 95% of time....

You just surreptitiously explained it yourself...
It's averages. How many melee are playing today? How many monks? I don't see too many necros, unless they are syncing. Do you see? It is random, but the playerbase controls how random it is by Meta. It's not the client going "lol he'll rage if he gets a second monk lets do it bro"

Unfortunately the options are try to play as competitively as you can (which relies upon your teammates doing the same) or just keep pushing "enter mission" until you get 25 wins. Of course if you take the latter approach and play something that isn't meta (or just get matched up with bad teams) then you get dishonored out pretty quickly. (yes I know that experiences vary between individuals, but in the last 2 years I haven't played RA for more than 2 hours without getting dishonorable at least once)

It isn't. Try just playing RA with any goal in mind. Try playing it with super-efficient builds to get points, try playing it with "fun" builds just to see how you do, try to play it with grief builds designed to drag matches out. In all of these cases you are simply not going to accomplish what you set out to. Anybody that plays RA for an extended period of time is going to see the benefits of syncing and a large number will do that. Aside from that just look at how fast teams are formed and how often you will get on a team, get rolled, and face that team a second time. The matchmaking system takes convenience over anything else (including "random") in forming teams, such that the pool available is not really random. It is going to keep cycling the losing people over and over again rather than actually mixing them up. The only break to this cycle is when a team hits 25 wins or a brand new player enters the arena. It truly is a dumb as hell system.
EDIT: I am getting people to report me for *something* I am playing a "high efficiency" bar pretty darn high efficiently, using rez as soon as possible, yet getting reported as a leecher when losing in a monkless team against a 1 monk team that flawlessed us. I am getting people using the same "noob" and "uninstall" lines when facing 2 monk teams (clearly my newness to the game is what put 2 monks on this team).
Seriously, I realize that there is a difference between player's experience, but everytime I go play RA I get so RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing angry and realize that any fun I once had in this format has long since been deleted and that there is no reason for this arena.

Analogy: You remember how much fun you used to have in kindergarten so one day you decide to seek one out and pay a visit. They have swings and hoopalongs and it generally looks pretty fun so you jump in and play with the kids. However, it only takes a moment for you to realise it's not as fun as it used to be. You are faster, stronger and smarter than all the other kids. For the most part they don't want to play with you and you realise how snotty and obnoxious most of them are. Some of them even go to the matrons(dunno the proper english word for this profession) and tell on you.
Your conclusion: No reason for kindergartens, shut them down.

I've never gone 25 wins without facing a few teams syncing. And then when I saw something like "syncing RA is pro" they are all like "awww qq about syncing much?".
Losers for real. Keep that qq BS in WoW

It would be almost trivial for individual players to have random arena elo ratings, and for the matchmaker to try to make even teams(all 8 players are of a similar level). This will fix nearly all the issues competitive players have with random arenas, but unfortunately will make entry into pvp for new players even harder.

Like we said, the problem, aside of syncs, is that there are too OP builds that don't fit at all the arena, and make it impossible for you to beat a monk team with none ( yo usurely can, but you can't get some consec wins...).... Grenth dervish, Air Ele, Earth Ele, Triple Rupts, etc.....Those builds are already hard to deal with a real team, so with a randomteam which furthermore have no heal at all......
Maybe introducing back Hero Battles maps or just replacing the format by costume brawl could be good and fix total imbalances, due to the fact that the format is all about mashing your wiki bar and farming no monk teams...At least 4 melee teams wouldn't waste their time anymore....

hero battles will never return because it is flawed, red resign. only way it would ever come back is if they remove the zquest for it and just leave the at's.

He said 'Hero battles MAPS' not 'Hero battles'. Which I'd like to see, those maps were decent (lolbridge).

You realize you are calling everyone that enjoys RA kids?
Well I guess I'm ok with that. (Its a bad analogy)
EDIT: I like 8v8, but I guess I don't like 4v4 of the exact same game. RA has changed so damn much over the years. It is a bad analogy.

Not much diference with ' lol /w secondary' in RA atm... I just want to make it fair for everyone at least in the format... Then maybe not make only HB maps , but shuffle all so you can't have a build only for 1 kind of map ( i.e annihilation or capture points)...

my point was, /a secondaries with return, heart of shadow and the likes can be auto win on certain maps, as they already are atm. with the increase in such maps, the option to buildwars around map advantage would only further increase, and it's not exactly something I'd find beneficial to the game.

You're right that sometimes you end up not being able to do what you set out to do but those times you get to what you want to do are always worth relishing in, especially when you get it right.
The only problem I have with RA is the intense number of people that just spam blind surge and blinding flash. Its gotten to the point where I feel they should gate the skills in a way similar to the Warriors adrenaline so that it is not so spammed.

I would complain too about this but i already did on the other thread so...
I advice you to run some Sin with critical defenses and assassins remedy... it's not that bad considering necros are pretty rare these days and most will only remove 1 ench ( try to make sure it's crit def...).. rest is classic , Wota, jagged, deep wound skill , blossom and critical eye....
I run that bar only as melee in RA considering that's the best melee for me with no monk( as i rarely get one)... and you can deal with the mass dervishs and air eles( most eles will just spam bflash on you without realizing you got remedy....).... but however it's hard to deal with those 123 earth eles....

One of the major reasons why I quit the game. RA was the only place that kept my interest in Guild Wars, but since Anet was just too inclined on leaving B.Surge/Flash as strong as it is, I just stopped playing altogether out of complete frustration and boredom of facing the same repetitive struggle over and over and over and... I just had enough, got fed up, and stopped RAing many, many months ago. I'm happy with my two g6 accounts anyway...
