At least drop Healing Breeze and Protective Spirit from your bar. Healing Breeze is generally bad and big prots are rarely needed in RA. Without EotN you can't use Patient Spirit / Spotless Mind which is a shame. Anyways, for healing based build...
12+1+1 Healing
10+1 Prot
8+1 Divine
2 Shadow
Vigorous Spirit
WoH
Signet of Rejuvenation
Guardian
Dismiss Condition
Remove Hex
Return
Holy Veil
Remove Hex may be swapped for something else, but hexes are popular in RA so I wouldn't suggest it. Dolyak Signet is also strong in place of return.
12+1+1 Prot
12+1 Divine
3 Shadow
RoF
ZB
Shielding Hands
Guardian
Dismiss Condition
Remove Hex
Return
Holy Veil
The same note applies for this build too.
11+1+1 Divine
10+1 Prot
10 Blood
RoF
Guardian
Dismiss Condition
Shielding Hands
Holy Veil
Offering of Blood
Divine Boon
Contemplation of Purity
Brings back old memories, huh.

Anyone have a good build for sins in RA? Right now I'm running a palmstrike build, I do pretty decent damage but I seem to be very squishy. I can't add a self-heal without reducing the effectiveness of my chain or getting rid of a rez signet. ._. So yeah, what's the perfect sin bar for RA?

make sure u got block on a sin.. go secondary /w and fit in bonettis defence if you get a warrior on you, most likely back right off if they dont have block removal
bonettis builds up in a few hits on a sin easy..

Onslaught
Bull's strike
Attacker's insight
Lyssa's assault
Chilling victory
Pious assault
Harrier's grasp
????
Rez
Bull's strike on a scythe is pretty epic, even without the bonus damage.
Finally knowing how to get a DW and energy management on an Onslaught build makes me want to remake my dervish.

enduring toxin, BMT, JS, TO, FLS, TF, empathic removal, res
^hex can change but i prefer a cheap/fast one. common (but good) 5-attack combo is a bit faster thanks to BMT buff. empathic is just lovely and ftw. lol JS aoe.
WOTA, golden lotus, golden fang, death blossom, golden phoenix, holy veil, mendtouch, res
^this is quite fast, damaging and spammy thanks to GLS buff. no snare or IMS but this build is best played TAB123454 style. spread DW to everyone. DB~GPS(+aoe)~DB = yellow numbers. keep veil up, clean self as necessary.
go 13CS and as high as you dare with DM. 3 deadly for the first build and 3 prot for the second. energy is never a problem for these, so you should always be on vamp (and ele for warrs).

Don't bother.
Just buy the xpacks or you won't be able to monk in pvp well.
That's like an oldschool boonprot build, boonprot recently got un-nerfed but that build can't even remove conditions from itself so please don't bother trying to play it in pvp.

You need patient spirit, switch it for protective spirit (PS = waste of time in pvp).
You're missing hex removal, which is quite awful especially in arena these days. Either get holy veil, or cure hex + spotless mind, or holy veil + spotless mind, just get SOMETHING effective vs. hexes because the meta is hex-heavy.
Use vigorous spirit more mid-match, it helps for making up for degen, or just replace it with something else.
Switch mend ailment for better condition removal, either mtouch + mend condition or dismiss condition.
Dark escape and return are good, but look into other ant-melee options because there are a lot and some could possibly be better.

It actually has 2 skills which can remove conditions from oneself.

For someone who only has prophecies, there's nothing wrong with the bar in RA. Don't bother trying to play it in PvP? RA is serious business, am I right?

I hate it when people play sub-par monk builds in RA, team ends up losing because they can't keep up with pressure. It'd be like me dropping hammer bash or dchop.
Reversal of fortune works surprisingly well as a patient spirit substitute, but it's energy intensive and bad for keeping up with heavy degen.
PS = protective spirit or palm strike, I've never heard anyone refer to patient spirit as PS.

That boon prot bar is pretty solid if you've only got prophecies. I don't see why you'd even bother RAing if you get irritated by monks with sub-optimal bars. It's pretty hard to optimize your bar when you're facing crap like melee overload or hexspam or mending wammo teams randomly. The only problem is that the health sacrifice from OoB can be pretty nasty if you get low on health and suddenly need that energy.

I hate people that run sub-par bars in RA.

Who the hell cares what people run in RA? It's RA. If you're tired of sub-par builds, gtfo and play TA. I absolutely hate people who think RA is super serious. It's not. It's a place to screw around.
