Problem with this build is that PS sins do practically the same thing, but with better shutdown and reliable movement control. The only reason to run what you have right here is for the sheer sake of being different then all the other sins.

Lately I've just been doing a melshot ranger and laughing at how worthless sins are when you cripple them and dshot their PS, but this looks too amazing to not try.

Does anyone have a decent necro build that does not include

1. Weakened Knees
2. Corrupt Enchantment
3. Toxic Chill spiking

I'm really trying to break that mold of over-used builds and so far the Aura of the Lich build looks interesting but I would like to explore other options before I go off to buy tomes.

You forgot to include Lingering Curse.

I've seen Necs go N/Rt and are actually decent healers... except dealing with heavy hex teams.

Aura of the Lich was fun in RA for the first few days when no one seemed to know how to deal with them. Arcane Echo -> Aura of the Lich. When you meet the enemy team, you'll have 4 minions. Bring Dark Bond. When Palm Strike was huge (well huger than before), I also brought Infuse Condition. It was entertaining watching the sins try to pull their whole combo anyway. Managed to get a couple of 10s without monks. Matches vs monks, it was easier because they just didn't know how to deal with so many small damages, they would end up overhealing and running out of energy.

[Aura of faith] somewhat negates the -40 armor of [healing signet] while amplying the newly buffed heal
You can sub out [cure hex] for something op like [hammer bash]

why wouldn't you use it???

(yes, i know something like [distracting shot] on [healing signet] kinda screws you over but its RA but how can you say no to healing signet)

most people bring a second hex removal and/or second stance. vig spirit is great though, esp as a cover for veil

After the stance nerfs i figured [balanced stance] would be the only decent one left. [balanced stance]+[guardian] is pretty decent self-defense. i liked it better than [guardian]+[dark escape]
