BTW in case if you don't know, this doesn't work if you're attacking the Glimmering Marked target. Glimmering Mark ends when you use any skill against them, instead of spell as it says. lol. :/

I was using that exact same build and also tried it with [Poisonous Bite]. either way scavenger strike's buff can be considered as good for thumper's as making [ferocious strike] non elite. I wouldn't be surprised to see more thumper's enter the meta soon.

I don't claim to be the best interrupter, far from it. I do find it hard at times to get .75 sec or less casts. I have average latency, nothing amazingly good. So a lot of times I attempt to predict a cast mainly with savage, saving dshot for more sure bets and rez sigs. If anyone has some more tips beside the few I mentioned I'm all ears.

Thats the next best thing about being a ranger. It's almost always the 1/8 rangers that don't suck that get accused of being a spammer - because its only when they interrupt well that they get noticed.
When you are having lag/lat issues and find it hard to get a sure interrupt in, sometimes you must resort to interrupting from close range. That's what I sometimes do if I am trying to dshot the elite of a monk who uses it unpredictably. By closing the distance the arrow has to travel less and makes tweaking 3/4's while under lag more do-able.

Among the most fun warrior builds I've ever played. (lions comfort actually gives 3 strikes and 106 health, I think)

It's pretty funny to camp monks and necros with it (d-shot is OP to begin with), but linebacking hammer warriors and dagger sins can be equally hilarious. With the new thunderclap, way of the assassin, visions of regret and quivering blade I seriously doubt many are going to want to monk in RA after long. Which is kinda the way it used to be with heavy physical teams being able to win quickly.

I tried this in RA today. Worked pretty good for me.
Warrior/Necro
Vampiric Spirit [elite]
Barbarous Slice
Gash
Counterattack
Bull's Strike
Rip Enchantment
Plague Touch
Enraging Charge/Res for RA
Swordsmanship- 11 +1 +3
Strength- 8 +1
Blood Magic- 11
Curses- 3, doesn't really matter here.
Runes & Insignias:
2x Radiants
2x Survivors
2x Attunements
1 Stonefist
1 Minor Strength
1 Superior Sword Mastery, again what I have.
1 Superior Vigor, or whatever you can get.
Weapons:
I used a Skkai's Sword and a
Strength Destroyer Shield of Fortitude -5/20% +30, a shield that I had on hand.
With Vampiric Spirit you don't need to count on anyone else to heal you. I picked Barbarous Slice over Sever for the damage. Counterattack gave me some energy, but could replace with something else such as an interupt or IAS. The rest of build is pretty much straight up pressure. I know there's a little room for improvement still, but has worked pretty good for me so far. Btw, used this after they fixed the VS bug. As for Shuuda below, he's just some young punk with nothing better to do than troll forums and talk shit out of his ass before he actually tries a build.

Okay, fail build fails;
- No IAS, meaning your damage is lame.
- Counter attack?
- -5/20% shields are bad.
- Waste of an elite, you may as well use something that improves your damage output.
- What the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO is with the sup axe rune... your not using an axe. I'll assume you meant sword, but even so a sup rune is not needed.
- Barbarous Slice sucks, use Sever.

For a brief amount of time after the update, WoTA read as this-
Quote:
* Way of the Assassin: functionality changed to: "(20 seconds.) You attack 5..35% faster and have +5..35% chance to land a critical hit."
|
was nerfed to what it is now pretty fast, but you still may see some slower people running around with a bow or sythe.

Played around with Warrior's endurance some. It's a pretty respectable skill now, actually.
[W/E;OQYTgmIL5IqC1oMVr2VA/E]
Prot strike is pretty amazing when you can spam it all you want. And power attack is a dangerous skill that was only really limited by energy before. Best part is how resilient the build is: blocks, blinds, hexes, who cares, your skills recharge faster than you can use them anyway.

Yes, they have no realisation that their new fav build is nerfed yet, LOLZ
[Way of Perfection][Critical Eye][Critical Defenses][Way of the Assassin][Way of the Master][Disrupting Accuracy][Keen Arrow][Dash]
This build was awesome in AB for about 12 hours. I had 90percent chance to critical with a bow which meant perma block and health. You could stand in front of about 5 to 7 people and take at least 2 down before death.
The nerf was well needed, but it was hilarious watching someone get interrupted on EVERY skill they tried to use.

I thought that additional chances to land a critical didn't stack. So it would essentially be something like rolling 3 additional 100-sided die (the active skills) instead of two (Weapon mastery and Crit Strikes) but you would never be able to actually reach 100%. Thus the build posted would have a ~78% chance to critical assuming 13 Crit Strikes and 12 Markmanship.
I might be wrong but I can recall a discussion on this with Siphon Strength (build might work with that). And you'd also want to take an IAS to minimize your target casting through your hits (Perhaps Tiger's Fury/Lightning Reflexes in place of Dash) to replace WotA.

I was running 14 in CS and was nearly hitting criticals on every bow shot, hence the reason it got the nerf bat.
