I like your idea ... the only problem I see is the 15 energy you'll need to pull of that sin combo. that's expensive and you have 2 other energy skills as well in there. Hard to believe you can chain it as you should. Will give it a whirl though to check for myself ... thanks for sharing.
I miss an IAS in your build.

nah it cant kill AL100 with 480 health in one combo it needs some time before poison kills it off, and with a monk that would mean that he gets rid of poison etc.. I prefer speedy attack chains using IAS, and hammer bash is better than heavy blow as it is unconditional.

Yeah IAS is missing , but no need for it its just KD to disturb the monks or caster , I will make a video on youtube making the combo

I have no idea why people run Savage Slash instead of Disarm. Disarm has way more utility and the + dmg from Savage isn't as rewarding as say, stopping a Warrior unloading his adrenaline or screwing up an Assassins entire chain.

After reading some build on pvx, I created this build. Some times I would run out of en, should I take out RoF and add GoLE instead? Coz I alrdy has 2 healing skill, dunno if RoF is needed. SB cost 10en and only heal when 60+damage is taken, should I use PS instead? But PS doesn't has any healing.
Any other suggestion?

don't run both rof and patient on the same bar, 12+1+1 for healing if you want to run patient, or 11+1+1 healing if you're running rof.I wouldn't use grasping earth on RA, it's better on TA, for RA i'd say put GolE or Return.

How can they get 0.25 spells off?
Only if the warrior isn't paying attention so his kd comes to late to give 0.25 a chance, good warriors shouldn't let monks cast 0.25 spells..

You can't really chain knockdowns so he can't get 0.25 spells. Only way really is automatic things like wanderlust and thunderclap+shortbow. Ofc there is a chance for perfect chain. Not too big though.

Just drop fierce blow (it blows anyway) and run power attack. Same damage, and you don't have crushing or even bull's strike anyway, so the energy isn't a big deal, and you can use it after bash and still quarter knock.

its all true that you can forfeit an attack to replace it with hammerbash so that you place it slightly earlier.
My reason not to is that my ping is not always the best and whether I can trust my images for split second decisions is therefore doubtfull.
By forfeiting an attack you sacrifice like 60-100 damage and because its random there is not much time to adapt to the chain, with a CHANCE that the target might survive the backbreaker chain, there are other teammembers likely aussaulting the target as well.
Counters that do work are RoF placed before and after KD, Spiritbond, stances (tactics, dark escape) return. But its fairly easy to deal with these, you wait with the spike untill stance wears of (simply count), observe that the monk didn't use guardian or SB on himself. Spiking other targets then monk goes well too, provided he is pressured or just wasted a keyskill on himself or a another teammember

BTW Pluto the chance that you can do this with 100% or even 90 accuracy is minimal, you are also dependent on server sides, your commands should arrive at the appropriate time otherwise the serverside "creates" a gap for the opponent to cast his spell. It is not only your perfect skills that play a role in this, communication or the lag therein plays a role too, and we all know, that pings aren't very constant. So stochastics play a role in chaining KD perfectly.
Not running crushing is blow is because it will consume like 5 energy whenever i use it I found that using it with these skills would consume too much energy, unless u maybe use zealous hammer, but i like big smashes. Furthermore there are things like mesmers running around that sometimes burn your energy, so as a war I prefere to have little E skills in there 2.
You could use flail, but it delays the chain with 1 attack, so you hope on a kd by bulls strike because the target kites a way? Too conditional for my taste. Also using bulls after bash is conditional, it only works if the monk starts to run instead of healing/protting or returning his butt.
You could ofcourse use these skills, but then u need some other skills aswell, thereby u just have a completely different build. Crushing blow is useless in this build as there is already pulverizing smash, an adrenaline based DW skill, unfortunately without damage ( but with weakness, LOL not that important as the order of DW and weakness is not correct).
Anyway, suggest a bar and I will be happy to try whether it suits me.

I love looking through old builds, and how bad I was (and still am):

With a +1 20% blood magic weapon, you can get up to -5 degen on everyone on opposing team, while giving yourself +12 to 16 regen with a 66 heal 4 times every 20 seconds. SV on a 40/40 set owns healers, and between gole and the signet, you should be able to keep spamming dumb hexes through veils. You're pretty much self sustainable too.
