make up your mind whether u wanna keep the condis on yourself (and make use of ur elite) or send them back to the enemy team (and make use of plague sending, but u'd need to ditch ur elite for sth better then) - in case of daze u are screwed either way tho.

I like having the choice, its RA after all, I don't know what I will face, plague sending d-shotted can get hairy without MR. If I would be assured of having a monk all the time I would definitely agree with you though. I could also drop plague sending for more offense, but this way it's just lulz.

Sometimes I run Leech sig instead of WoD for the energy but I like WoD as an emergency cover hex for migraine for when we're about to score kills etc. Reason I bring Rend over drain or iench is because of D/P and stuff, also helps against better monks who cover veil with guardian or smth. I prefer frus over phantasm or w/e else because of the damage (usually run this with BHA and necro in TA for max gayness, so damage is needed). Sig of hum for gay shit, distortion for casting SoH, mig, and res sig, also for when you get bullsed, sin spikes blah blah.

I like to run Rip Enchantment on my mes a lot now, casts as fast as inspired but recharges in half the time. It may not be good for my energy, but mesmers don't have much problem with energy anyways.

Replace Hunter's Shot with Screaming Shot and I think you'll be thrilled.
No reason to take Poison Arrow in RA since its true value is its spammability (and application to multiple opponents). You can achieve that very easily in RA without need to use the attack skill.

Hunters shot is pretty much superior to alot of the other 1 sec bow attacks now that they have been nerfed, but hunters was not. And people do move around in RA...quite alot...heck, are you sure you are playing the same RA ? I catch people with hunters when I run it all the time.

Now that you point it out, the crazy damage reduction to Sundering Attack/Penetrating Attack does seem like total overkill, the recharge increase should have been enough to slow down the Turret Ranger build that was dominating. Hunters, Keen both look like a better deal now.

Yep, its pretty sad.
Hunters: 5 energy, 1 sec, 5 recharge - +13 damage, 21 seconds of bleeding.
Keen: 5 energy, 6 recharge - +17 damage ( unconditional ) +29 damage ( Crit ).
Power Shot: 10 energy, 1 sec, 6 recharge - +17 damage.
( based off of rank 12 Marks )

as i'm banned again and only got a second acc with proph only, i actually thought this was pretty nice for RA; strangely, it did better than the usual ranger bars with marks elite i run. (no condition removal only hurt vs blindbots because i'm horrible at dshotting bsurge)

One build that isn't really new, but that has seen a revival in TA and works wonders with some modifications in RA is ye olde Signet of Midnight spammer:
Me/N
Sig of Midnight
Plague Sending
Sig of Humility
Mantra of Inscriptions
Res Sig
Is the basis. From there you may go a few different routes. I prefer to go Dom, and bring:
Diversion
Arcane Larceny
Ether Feast
Diversion is a no-brainer, the Larceny lets you disable Mending Touch on rangers. If there is no Ranger or other guys you know will have just one spell you can just use it to disable some random stuff on a monk. Ether Feast makes it possible to go on for quite a bit even without a monk, since you will be minimizing melee damage, but an enchant removal would be good to. Blackout is a good option as well. You might choose to go illusion to, or get some more stuff from curses. E-management is no problem, since the only stuff you'll be spamming are signets and plague sending, which is 1E. Make sure you get alot of fast cast to avoid interruption of your SoM.
This build is really useful, especially with the heavy melee and ranger bias in RA. The rate of which you output blinds is enough to overpower any spot condition removal, while you can perma-humil any elite (WoH) and divert key stuff.

spirit shackles is not nearly enough to keep physicals from killing you fast
you can get away as a caster without good physical defense if you can quickly do something valuable before you die but arcane languor is generally too slow in shutting someone down
