Chronic Syncing - r15 sitting in kammadon
Hey everyone,
We all know there has been syncing the past few months. But I'm in kammadon right now and there is a dR fail wearing r15 and someone in a sold LaG wearing r14...
Come on anet.... isn't there something that can be done? This is a little ridiculous. You perma banned Ti and they were hardly pheonixes if I remember correctly. Why ban Ti and let these guys stay? That's very hypocritical.

I don't know how far along the progress is on getting them perma banned, but I know that it has been talked about.
There is sort of a difference in the people that will be getting banned as well - You have PvE no names like Theo, LaG leechers, MATH players that are really terrible at the game and have gotten their rank like so. - And you have players that are already good and have been good with or without syncing. ANet is looking at taking out the bad players.

I know it was brought up in the discussion when the toolboxing thing was brought up and the gold trim was removed. Thats about all I can disclose.

strange how people don't seem to mind others knowing they're cheating scum, legit r15 was earned by six people if memory serves, chilli, bloopy, oh my, starcraft, chamalee and beastlie (might be beastly, i can't remember, german, nice guy) there really really needs to be a lot of bans soon, the amount of flaunted cheating is amazing

Guild Wars. Still more honour and integrity than PvP in GW2 though!
Surely Anet are aware of the synching; anybody who has opened observer mode recently can see the one-player-seven-henchman teams forfeiting before the timer even goes down. People are responsible for their own choices but if Anet didn't request such astronomical numbers in their titles then people would be more inclined to earn their titles legitimately, would they not?
On a side note, did any of the [avg] players get permabanned or was it merely removal of the cape trim?

these people are syncing, cheating for the material rewards and their egos, they're not doing it because of HoM, they're people with weak personalities who need the crutch of an emote to make themselves feel good
i'd suggest that any defence of syncing is suspect

i think the subtleties of the 8 v 8 game are far too complex to judge who's best, all are clearly very good, and i don't remember any of them spamming emotes, never saw Chilli emote a dragon, though after he got r15 i only saw him in RA
i played with him occasionally when i was about r8, he was remarkably patient

Came across some dude yesterday in Random Arena's, his name was OC something something.
However some no-name tosser with r15 was yelling like a meth addict in german.
It was something i regret not recording cause he was losing it bigtime lol.
Im even more surprised that he didn't got banned for verbal abuse, it was that bad.

If anything in regards to champs/codex/anything else - the resign fixture only slows down the syncing. That is about it.

Note - Only one player thus far in this game has achieved r15 AND won gold trim. That would be Red Chamalee. For the most part anyone else is a nobody and is trying to use the rank to compensate for the skill level they've never been able to achieve.
**Try reporting them several times for spamming/verbal abuse. Anet seems to have lowered the report thresh-hold and is banning (72 hours) people more frequently these days.

Motoko knows what he is talking about, he knows a nobody when he sees on! [which is everyday for him in his monitor reflection]
