You are so cute. So even though you moan about how hard it is to get into HA teams, you are some old pro at it? Rofl.

And we all know assuming gets us nowhere. I've played from release buddy how about you?

Edit: Almost forgot to call you a kid, because that means that I am older and vastly superior to you, and assuming ages is once again pretty awesome.

Kid.

>.< You think Pugging HA is a fair prospective of HA. Everyone knows HA is about the people you know, not the Pugs. Even then, just lead a group, hide your title and call it R4/5. Grind your way up from there. People just cant' be bothered putting in the effort.

It is lol that people would rather sit and complain that they can't join groups rather than make there own.

not really, so TA, bye bye

Windforce, it's not about calling or something, it's about playing vs the same builds all the freaking time.
It gets REALLY boring, and anyways... TA was dead.
you gonna claim it wasnt you who played hexway and multi monk teams in TA and lost to me several times in a row?
sorry, but im not buying that. so, yeah, you have ALL the reason to see the arena gone, especially if you lost to me, who your guild so adores (; I think they never again shoved up in TA after that loss streak btw, which made me rather pleased.

and tbh, its not rly always the same gimmicks u play against, there's hexways, ele spikes, MBways, shoves, dazeways, balanced-like variatians, so...NO, go play more before u start posting. not all builds are the same.

@Regulus X
I think SD is going to focus on the technicality of skills and the player; bringing in certain fads or themes with the weekly generated pre-selected skills. This could hardly be bad for anybody especially those fond of going competitive with past favorite builds that had gone out of favor due to meta.
TA is straightforward when it comes to its objective and some ppl like it that way. It's a matter of preference, not a matter of whether that is good or bad.
if you want more strategy or shrine capping (which imo downright sucks), you have AB, gvg, HA and lastly, HB at your disposal.

at choco and wuzzman, take it over goddamn fkn PMs.

This.

Also, I'm fairly confident that most of the people flaming this change rarely play TA. Fairly confident.

I'm fairly confident you never set foot into it.

Guys, lets make another zoo instead, cuz our resources are too lacking to balance out a handful of skills. Oh and spirits 3/4 cast time in pve, we can die in peace now.
Oh and while at it, lets also buff 50+ skills separately for pvp and pve, cuz that doesnt take any resources at all. Ziiiing.

I think the change sounds like a great idea, no more Monk spike teams farming glad points from the disorganized teams automatically flowing through from RA.

Since when has Anet ever gave a crap what we think?
They nerf at their leisure because they think they are so awesome and perfect. "OOooo look at what we can do"
Then when of course they manage to tick off most of the PvP community, after entire guilds have been dropping off the scene for years now, they still don't give a crap what we think.

What more is there to discuss? There was 1 person listening to us, the woman who stopped by LA every now and then. She's gone, and she was the ONLY one who even so much as listened to what we had to say.

This goes around a lot of places in the gaming world. Koei, Square-Enix, etc etc etc I could list companies all morning long. Not 1 of them has ever listened to their customers even once. Why start now?

The only thing they care about is $$ and they already got yours. If they aren't getting any more money, they'll keep changing things until some idiot buys it.

Welcome to the New Millennium.

And for the record, TA was died right after they nerfed glad points so they were easier to get ... ALL BECAUSE OF THE STUPID PVE WHINERS WHO COULD NEVER WIN 10 CONSECUTIVE.

THAT IS WHY PVE NOOBS NEED TO SIMPLY SHUT UP. >.< grrr

Before that we had 2 or 3 well known TA guilds, and 4 or 5 unknown TA guilds. I was a member of 1.
All of those guilds are gone now.

Thanks Anet. For this reason and many other reasons I will likely not buy GW2. Why bother? I know exactly how it will end up, exactly like GW ended up.

TA (and HB) gives players it's their skill who'se beating enemy teams. GW is not made for a 4v4 format, and HB and TA proove that.

As said a million times before:

With so few skills to work with, it pretty much comes down to fitting the most overpowered ones on your bars. On top of that, if you don't have the counter to an enemy build, it's unlikely your "skill" can make up for that.

95% of TA matches are decided before the match starts.

Some ppl call TA counter strike. I rly fail to understand how someone can come up with BS such as "95%...".

If the GW combat system wasn't twitch based then yeah whatever...
