Double Dragon for sure. It's useless when Star Burst is 50x better. If it caused burning and cracked armor or something then maybe it would be useful but as is, just stupid.

Except that Scavanger's focus is blatantly inferior to Glass arrows in every way. Glass Arrows Costs less - lasts longer - does more damage - punishes block - and is unconditional.
The only thing Scavanger's has on glass is that you can use it with secondary profession weapons. Of course, this makes you split points between expertise, WS and whatever mastery you want. That, and Scavangers is no better then the non elite attack buffs you could get from a secondary anyways.
It has it's uses and is not bad for a non elite skill. But since it unfortunatly is an elite skill... it fails.

What's the most useless elite skill?
I'm gonna go with Unyielding Aura. Why not just bring a normal res, which won't cost you an energy pip, and not have to make the party member die unless you rezone? Plus with a normal res you can have a good elite.
What do you think? (Say why!)
Edit: Saying why :P

Saying an elite is crap is not really explaining why...
[card]Icy Shackles[/card] There are many water snares that can be used not using up an elite slot..
[card]Double Dragon[/card] There are better fire spells to dish out some damage, especially for 15 energy. This is not one of them.

Our friend here wins the thread.
No matter how much nerfs and skill updates they made, if that skill remains the same it's almost useless. A warriormay use it, but there will be always better skills than that for a warrior.
The description says 'for each margonite in range'. But that range is Adjacent. Last time I checked margonites LOVED to scatter, and sine they are of 8 different professions, only 2 of them melee, you rarely get more of 2 of them in melee range.
If that skill where not elite it could be a choice, but like that? Bleh!
