Mark of Protection EoE bomb imo.
OoA is anything but bad.
Shadow Shroud is pretty decent as a spike assist.

noocoo you should have linked those skills in more lines, it rips my mozilla :P
OoA is leet in PvE
Shadow Shroud is a pretty annoying skill, just cover it with another hex.
Ride the lightning is a great skill for spikes (teleport in than spread AoE skills around you, many builds in connection with that)

ok, I edit them...
I hope Anet would buff or rework them, and then we will have much more new builds to play.
I think it is also a good way to extend the life of GW.

Regardless of how "fun" it may be to use garbage elites,
they still suck. Period.
i.e., I think it's absolute hilarity to run Dwarven Battle Stance with Shock and On Your Knees! in RA because people get confused why everything they do gets interrupted, but....
it still sucks, and I can't change that.
So....pretty much everything there but OoA sucks.

OoA is good, I don't know what you are talking about. Ether Renewal used to be good until they nerfed it to nothing to get rid of smiting. Lacerate is good for a condition pressure build. Shadow Shroud used to be good in the age of the Boon Prot.

Skull crack?
I do hope you're kidding me. I mean, it's only a 9A attack that adds no extra damage and only dazes if you interrupt a spell. It's a terrible elite. Concussion shot is better ffs, and it's non-elite.
Extend conditions is crap too.
And....shadow shroud sucks.

what a waste of an elite spot. if you are in a situation where you can afford to not do anything then you have enough time to wait until your energy replenishes it's self.

Healing isn't doing anything I think... And I don't use to engage mobs with my +5e sword, generally
