In my opinion, for assassins, the worst is Shadow Form. Yes, you're invincible for X seconds but when it ends, lose all but 5 to 50 health. If against a large mob, they could remove that enchantment then quickly kill you. And there are non-spell skills that Shadow Form does NOT protect you from.

Shadow Form is a pretty leet skill for farming, so we cant say its the worst elite for sins.

Use the [skill] tag.
100 blades isn't that great as the core warrior sword elite.

Agreed, [skill]stone sheath[/skill]'s only real advantage over [skill]stone striker[/skill] is prevention of criticals, which might be marginally useful in PvP but hardly worth wasting an elite skillslot on in PvP or PvE. [skill]stone sheath[/skill] DOES give the benefit of [skill]stone striker[/skill] to potentially the entire party, however.

Balth Pend isn't that good, it's just nice to slot into smiter bars in TA since they are meta. Imo, maybe ~60 damage at 12 smiting when it prevents kd.

Yes, I know at has some uses, but really, every stereotypical PuG R/Mo is spamming this skill like crazy, seriously, if you want to do AoE dmg and mash the same button(s) all the time, just delete your Ranger and create an Ele...

Like I said, Barrage is useful for some situations, 1 of those is B/P teams.
But I just dont get it why Barrage is the only skill some 'Rangers' use though all campains, I'd take Burning Arrow, BHA or Prepared Shot over Barrage any day.

By your logic...
Burning Arrow is crap because you just get 5 sec 10 hp regen. If you want to degen, delete your Ranger and play a Mesmer.
Prepared Shot is crap because you just get 22 damage and 7 energy. If you want to deal continous DPS, delete your Ranger and play a DSlash Warrior.
BHA is too sexy so I can't fit anything in here
Still, Barrage has its uses. Eles are probably > but sometimes just varying up your play is cool. Plus a good rit with splinter weapon is gg and might even outdps eles

Burning arrow:does mesmer offer the same damage+degen at less energy?no.
Prepared shot:hey look,anti adrenaline skills>>>adrenaline
Barrage:ill have to agree on you there
conclusion:has there ever been a warrior spike with d-slash?why arent degen mesmers used in gvg for splitting when youve got BA rangers?
prepared shot is mainly used for the energy management btw

How exactly is Glimmer worse than Amity? Archer's Signet?

Probably already has some "votes" in the thread already.
I really wouldn't take this skill even if it was not elite.
Shorten the recharge & duration, the changes many skills get to be PvP worthy.

I don't know that they are the worst or not. I just never seen ppl used them.

ok, I edit them...
I hope Anet would buff or rework them, and then we will have much more new builds to play.
I think it is also a good way to extend the life of GW.
