I'd say order of the vampire, Only good with teams that deal physical damage and you always get some daft eejit who has an Elemental weapon mod or a Fiery Dragon Sword 'cos they love Prince Rurik.

Keystone signet because it requires a ton of signets to be of use.

There are no delay behind quickshot.

The nerf of quickshot was that you can no longer reduce recharge time to below 1 sec.

That was actually a recharge nerf in general. QZ can't reduce the recharge of anything below 1s.

Yes, I was confusing it with the updat (sept last year) where they added a delay to several interupt shots.

SoD rocks if your a monk. 50 - 70% chance to block attacks and you gain 15 - 27 armour. If you've got a Warrior attacking you, it'll own.

I think I prefer guardian...which is not elite,cost 5. not a great difference between 50% and 65% for it's duration anyway
and I don't like situational elites.

Shield Of Deflection is not so bad. It used to be used quite often in HA.

10 energy for 7 secs of evading is non-spammable, guardian however is at 5 energy for 6 seconds, it is simply no good for a monk. Bloodspike howver can make use of it because they simply need a prot elite and have the energy to maintain it, it used to be effective for capping before the prevalence of seeking arrow interrupters however used well i guess it still has some uses. Would prefer if it had a shorter cast, being an elite and all, to actually catch more adrenaline spikes but guess thats where skill comes into it.

Shield of Def can have some uses. Even the pesky Keystone signet lol. Shield of regen is very good but it have big recharge, thus making it even more less used than the Def shield elite.

==But what about Ether Renwal? it lasts 7-8 seconds and in the BEST scenario (which mean build based on it) You can gain around +3-5 energy. WOOT!!!!.

==Spoil Victor - just like Spitfull spirit, but it does lower dmg, only to you, and got conditional triggering. Empathy, soul leech, Spitfull, backfire, and some others spells do this, somewhat more efficient and do not have that conditional use. Soul leech is even the same atribute lol.

you need it for signet mesmer... or you could go with mantra of inscriptions...

though I can see it working I found Archers Signet the worst skill in the game...

You don't know QS very well.

Called Shot flies quicker than QS but it does not have a "cast time". Cast time of 1 second for QS makes it an high pressure skill (add RtW and FW, don't understand why they should be compared to QS when they stack so well with it) allowing to fire your arrows from long bow range even more quickly than if you were wielding a short bow and using Tiger's Fury.

Isn't Archer's Signet also an elite? It is a viable option though if you're willing to use Arcane Mimicry.
