Although elite sin tomes don't really cost a fortune these days, there is no need to use one here since [Shadow Form] is extremely easy to capture:
Just join a PuG to make it through Vizunah, you will end up in Dragon's Throat; start the mission there, run past the first group of enemies to the next room where you will find the assassin boss with SF. That's a matter of minutes ....

Nope. It's quite easy. You just have to use the A/E build, and a consumable that gives you +1 attribute points (Grail of Might is the best) so that SF will last all the way on you.
