Hi I'm a Dervish newbie, I think VOW of Strength is a good IAS skills which also add more damage, when I mixed with Conjure skill my scythe sometimes does a very great damage, but using VOW of Strength I can't use any attack skills. I'm finding any good build for VOW of Strength but I can't find in PvX..

Anyone got a good VOW of Strength build can share with us?

IAS = Increased Attack Speed

As for the build:
Vow of Strength, Aura of Holy Might, Flail, I Am The Strongest, Optional x3, Ress.
12+1+1 scythe, 8+1 myst, 10+1 earth
I'll post a "better" build once I can get on GW to check my templates ._.

Vow of strenght is a vey strange skill imao:

1) to be effective u need to put at least 12 in earth prayers and 12 in scythe mastery if u want to deal a decent dmg
2) can't use any attack skill, but skills like [aura of the holy might] can make this works better
3)In your bar if u don't have any attack skills means u have many enchants or things that cost a bunch of energy, that make vow of strenght build very tough to mantain
4) getting stripped of vow of strenght makes the build totally unefective

anyway i tried out many builds by myslef with vow of strenght and i can suggest one of them(note that this is not a pvx build, but i build i can suggest you in this moment while i'm writing):

[mystic regeneration][heart of fury][vow of strength][aura of holy might][mystic vigor][i am the strongest] if you don't have eye of the north, nor factions replace [aura of holy might] and [i am the strongest] with any skills that increase dmg or some stances/enchants but it makes the build really sucks

You can ramp up very respectable dps with VoS and its one of the few dervish builds that can use a vamp scythe. The trick is to stack up the +damage skills which all mutiply with vos/aohm.

[vow of strength][aura of holy might][Ebon Battle Standard of Honor][heket's rampage][i am the strongest][charm animal][comfort animal][edge of extinction]

AoHM changes damage type to holy so it won't work with conjures

I didn't mention SoH. SoH is generally not that good of a skill to use in PvE imo. Not if you cast it on yourself anyway

I tried it out and yep does holy dmg, I understand its called "Holy" but it also does holy damage at the start and finish of the enchant, they should update it to say it changes weapon damage type as well.

Vow of Strength fits nicely in a tanking build, as it allows a tank to deal pretty good DPS.
as for a pure DPS build with Vow of Strength, it's possible but you'll need massive e-management. Zealous weapon is a start but not enough.

It's been said before. Conjures won't stack with AoHM.

yes he is, that build is used by the 1337 PvE Dervish titans, it must be good!
