What makes this funny is that the above team is still not balanced.
Warriors have a clear edge over the others due to higher base AL and access to Stonefist insignia (see UW pugs that refuse to take low-AL Ursans, even if R10).
Paragons are second best (due to +10AL while shouting insignia).
Rangers can "cheat" with a +10AL stance insignia and Mesmer stances everyone wants Ursans to bring these days. The insignia is available to all, but it bumps Rangers to base AL80, or AL110 against elemental damage.
Dervishes can hit AL80 with Forsaken insignia, but cannot guarantee meeting its requirements (or those of Windwalker/Blessed) due to the current HB monk favorite - Seed enchantments - which are used frequently but not kept up constantly.
Elementalists can hit AL80 with Prismatic insignia, and while the attribute spread required for this does leave enough points for Energy Storage to exceed the base energy of other Ursans, it does not allow bringing the Mesmer skills everybody wants to see on Ursans these days. Sure, you can bring them, but how high can you pump them with attributes spread 5 ways in your own profession?
Everybody else is out of luck. Unless Ursan is made to function exactly like Junundu - no primary attribute, same everything for everybody - an Ursan team will remain as unbalanced as the classes of its participants.

Why thank you
Though I think tossing the elite for [lingering curse] or [virulence] might make it even scarier...
