You can only create minions if there is an available corpse. If the rate of minions dying is more than twice faster than the rate of enemies dying then you may end up with very few minions left and no available corpses to create more.
The creation effects like explosive growth are nice, but the lightning damage doesn't ignore armor and may not count as much in certain high level areas in HM.
The idea of using Rt creation effect and the Necro's death effect is good but spreading them all out between 2 heroes also means you sacrifice the opportunity for the second hero to offer something else (e.g. healing, protect, damage buffs, etc.). Furthermore, if the Rt dies first, then the other necro becomes quite useless as the synergy becomes so tight that there is no redundancy so when one of the heroes start to die, things start to fall like a pack of cards.
I wonder if it would have been better if a necro brings BR and the Rt bring Jagged Bones instead of Reclaim Essence, and you only need 1 Death Nova.
