I ran into a fire nuking warrior in RA the other day.
Skill bar was:
Flare
Pheonix
Mark Of Rodgort
Flameburst
Inferno
Meteor i think

He started with meteor, then cast mark of rodgort on me and started hitting me with his fiery dragon sword, waited for energy 2 regen, hit me with an inferno, waited for energy 2 regen, hit with pheonix, then flameburst, then start spamming flare on me when he could.

Brilliant build...
Probably the worst skill bar i have EVER seen in guildwars.

2 bad skill bars


NUMBER 1:
first has att to go with it:
16 expertise
12 blood magic

vampiric touch, vampiric bite, rest is expertise skills of some sort

NUMBER 2:

charm animal, i will avenge you, rest may vary as well

**edit**

sorry left out NUMBER 3:

protective spirit, healingbreeze/or spirit bond, mending, balthazar spirit, rest may vary from here, but usualy cosists of blessed aura, shield of judgment/spell breaker, and bonetti's defense

forgot to add this one to my post, another skill bar:

Protectspirit
Healing Breeze/Spirit Bond
Balthazar Spirit
Mending

the rest may vary, but sometimes, essense bond, blessed aura, bonetti's defense, shield of judgment, spell breaker, or spiteful spirit may be added to the mix

Gotta love the Frensig Ele Resistance combo.

Easily Countered makes it bad?

Any Warrior who is not a Plage touch warrior can be 100% countered with a blinding flash ele...
