Skills that "ignore armor"
I'm looking for a concise list of skills across all professions that are considered "armor ignoring" skills. There is no such categorization on the wikis (official and un). I can start the list but I'm seeking a comprehensive list across all professions. Please add more.

imo, this isnt that great of a thing to do
mostly cuz practically -all- mesmer skills r armor-ignoring
(cant think of even 1 mesmer skill that isnt)
on teh other end...
nearly -all- ele skills r not armor ignoring
necro blood = armor ignoring
necro curses = armor ignoring
necro death = non-armor ignoring for cold dmg / armor ignoring for direct dmg like discord, rising bile, etc
melee classes
attacks = non-armor ignoring
attack skill bonuses = armor ignoring
monk smiting = armor-ignoring
tbh...u dun have to list every single skill
it pretty much goes by class/skill line, not individual skills
(tho there may be a few exceptions)
edit:
the easiest way is jus to categorize dmg type
armor-ignoring:
direct dmg, chaos dmg, dark/shadow dmg, holy/light dmg
non-armor ignoring:
fire, water, air, earth, slashing, blunt, piercing
mesmer = direct dmg + chaos dmg
necro = direct dmg + dark/shadow dmg + cold dmg
warrior = direct dmg (unless u want to count auto-attack dmg which isnt technically skills)
etc etc

snaek - I suppose you're right in your evaluation. I have a couple of questions for you though.
What do you mean by "direct damage"?
What about Paragons, Ritualists (their summoned spirits) and Dervishes?
I can't think of any Paragon skills that deal damage that don't fall into this category.

But that's not to say there aren't any...
I'm also not familiar enough with the Wind and Earth Prayers aspects of the dervish to know if they fall more on the ignoring or non side...
And Ritualists... I don't even know that damage type(s) they can deal.

Ritualists deal Lightning damage, but Splinter Weapon is armour-ignoring.

sowrie, when i meant air, i really meant lightning dmg
and ritualists do same lightning dmg as ele lightning dmg
(except some ele skills get armor penetration)
and dervs do same earth/cold dmg as ele/cold earth dmg
in other words, fire dmg is always fire dmg, no matter which class is doing it
jus read the skill descriptions to check the damage type
it should say "deals xx cold dmg" or "deals xx chaos dmg" etc...
and turn on concise descriptions
im not sure if they're all fixed (havent bothered to check)
but sometimes skill descriptions list "xx damage" when it should read "xx fire damage" on the old system
but direct dmg, is any kind of "unlinked" dmg type (for lack of better word)
so in the skill description is simply listed as "deals xx damage"
i.e. [discord]

If damage dealt by skill is not explicitly specified to be one of armor-affected types, it ignores armor.

Ritualists also wield dark damage weapons and the communing skills dont seem to have a damage type specified. So armor-ignoring? It would seem so.
So does Vow of Strentgh stack with spells or does the skill have to have the word "attack" in it?

as stated before here, if a skill dosen't state what kind of damage it deals then it's "direct" or unclassified armor ignoring damage. Additionally any attack skills or skills that state "attack deals + x damage" the +damage is always armor ignoring.
and as far as rits, paras & dervs go, all rit spirits attacks are armor ignoring as far as I know most derv enchants deal in either earth or cold damage, some however (heart of holy flame) deals in holy damage, but that damage isn't armor ignoring however there's just no armor that specifically protects against it (i.e. rangers don't get their +30 for ele damage and wars don't get their +10 vs physical)
at least that's how I've always known those damage types to work

Its probably easier to list things effected by armor:
General Attacks
Skills that dea Elemental Damage or any type
Most forms of physical damage, traps ignore armor oddly enough (or atleast dust trap does)
