you can use any of that on a secondary mesmer. there is no real advantage to a primary mesmer.

and dervs are splinter wep users... unless you hate massive amounts of aoe dmg (47*9 = ~450 dmg), follow up with ancestor's rage for extra pwnage

just learn to ball foes by soloing smites in uw (and make a bit of cash while you're at it)
