Monk. I just play it better than other classes for some odd reason.

Not anymore, probably.

Dervish because they get up close and tear things up. Best way to play.

Cool hoods, and a phat scythe combined with the speed of [skill]Mystic Sweep[/skill] and [skill]Eremite's attack[/skill] drew me in

Ritualist because they can make for a good, secondary healer but also have on demand energy management [skill]Offering of Spirit[/skill] unlike most monk builds and when we want to, we can still inflict tons of damage with skills like splinter weapon, ancestor's rage and spirit rift.

Agree...one of the underdogs of PVE, but a good Rt is devastating. Can Solo Farm HM, good energy management, sweet arse armor...Rits are like play dough and can adapt to any play style for the team.

I like several.

Ritualist because of overall versatility and ownage.

Ranger because I love shutting people down or taking out a helpless priority target.

Warrior because of Eviscerape.

Assassin because they have the single fastest kill-time of any profession against a single target.

Necromancer because it can do so much and is overall basically a complete badass. Healer, MMing, Minion Bombing, Nuking, Shutdown, Battery, Warder, etc. And because Soul Reaping is the best form of energy management in Guild Wars.

Ritualist:
- rituals. Love them, love them, LOVE THEM!
- character animation. SUPERB!
- ashes. Superb idea. [skill]Blind Was Mingson[/skill]

Mesmer:
- non-damage shutdown. [skill]Blackout[/skill] [skill]Power Leak[/skill] [skill]Diversion[/skill] [skill]Arcane Languor[/skill]
- Inspiration line. Damage is boring.

Necro:
- minions. Reminds me of my early days.
- non-damage shutdown (well outside of MoP ). Curses is one of my all-time favourite lines and the place of some of my favourite skills [skill]Mark Of Pain[/skill] [skill]Shadow Of Fear[/skill] [skill]Enfeebling Blood[/skill] [skill]Lingering Curse[/skill]

These guys stay my favs - other classes just get added when I need something different.

I like warriors because they're so effective when played right and kill things
I like rangers, due to their ridiculous survivability on split, their versatility, and their interrupts
I like monks because protting enemy damage and watching the field and change of target, damage prioritization, as well as red barring all together is intense
I like assassins because they can, at a moment's notice, shadow step and kill someone
I like ritualists because of the self-micro of switching between allies, healing, weaponing, using item spells, and generally being an all-round midliner. Weapon spells are good
I like paragons because of their mobile turret ability, their insane high armor, and their shouts
I like mesmers because a well played mesmer exherts so much pressure and control over the enemy.

I don't like eles because they're usually bitch classes or mindless button mashers
I don't like necros because they are not viable solo midliners and need to rely on multiple necros to be effective
I don't like dervishes because scythes have too high of a crit to be sane, and swing too slow, relegating most dervishes to really gimmick style builds. Plus they lack the KD and utility found on warriors, making them more of a one-dimensional class.

Ranger: Because of the versality; many working builds to choose from, not just 1 cookie cutter build. Like Condition ranger, or interrupt or AoE (barrage+splinter) and even some sort of single target spike spec is possiple with Ele as secondary /w conjures(not saying it might be as effective as ele, assasin or other class can have, but it still works)

Monk: Well, my most played char, i just live for healing, as in other mmo's i've always played healer classes (or hybrids that can main heal).

Warrior: Because Primeval set looks so cool <3 (well yeah, that's about the only reason why i leveled warrior to 20 at all :P) and in general i like tanking classes as well, but didn't know how tanking is in GW back then when i created her.

And in general, i like the looks of all of those 3 (armors);
Norn for Ranger <3
Mix of elite Luxon and Kurzick for Monk <3 (though have only elite sunspear, used my last money to buy norn for my ranger)
Primeval for Warrior <3

Assassins and mesmers. Always tend to prefer the hated classes and play styles that focus on one enemy at a time.
