Im open for critsism. Just keep in mind the reason i have deaths charge is becuase i dont have AoD and i keep it so i can heal myself while fighting.

get yourself some rune to boost critical strike to 13, you need the energy.
nine tail strike has doube recharge time to the lead and off hanf, you will end up not having enough skill for combo, bring 1 more dual attack or use something with lower recharge time
bring flesh my flesh, rez signet is quite limited

Personally, i like keeping Dagger Mastery at an area between 12 and 14. There's no need to get it up to 15 or 16 as the damage increase isn't all that much. The good elites you'll be getting would be those coming out of Critical Strikes or other attributes (Well, Temple Strike is one awesome elite, but the boss is far into kurzick territory and I won't recommend TS for ANY assassin PvE build).
Twisting Fangs and Death Blossom are one of the 2 best dual attacks to bring along on PvE builds, though bring along another dual attack while Death Blossom's recharging.

I always run 14 dagger, 13 crit and 9 shadow mastery with a dagger headpiece with sup rune. Works pretty well.

Just because the req of your daggers is 8 doesn't mean that's a good number to have in dm. You've got 11 in sm for only 1 skill I think. You'd be better off lowering sm and boosting dm for all the increased normal damage you'll do, the chance to doublestrike, and all the dm skills you're using.
Just my opinion.

Ok I messed around with my build again taking your thoughts into consideration so here it is...
Sin

The reason i have 15 dm is....i bet you can guess...guess not, i have shiros and the death blossom works pretty well along with life stealing..i have dash becuase assassins need to be able to get out of a fight quick (cause of low armor..). Also i am still carring around my 8 req perfects. I know people dont think shiros are very good but i dont mind the high req, its not that bad really ...i mean it has life stealing which can be very valuable. So you can critique my build but i probably wont change it.

Looks nice but I find that in PvE, conditions can kill an Assassin. Blindness, burning, bleeding, and poison/disease.
I would drop critcal eye and death blossom for signet of malice and critical strike.
I'm not sure which is better, dash or dark escape.
Otherwise you build looks good.

i don't know about the others; but i got my masters in all missions/protector of cantha title with a temple strike build and mostly henchies.
as stated by others, i would also drop critical eye. that +6% added chance to crit is ignorable when you reach the level 20+ areas where every 5 levels above 20 will give a -50% to your critical chance. if you want to constantly crit, you can use crit strike instead.
just goes to show that what doesn't work for one will not mean it won't work for others. with that in mind, experiment for yourself which works for you and suits your personal taste. its nice to get input from others, but never let yourself be limited by it.

For pve, I have +3 crit, +2 shadow, +2 dagger runes, (sure low hp) but 466 hp is more than enuff, extra 40-90 hp won't do much except keep you alive for one extra attacks or two. Also explains why I always have 3 monks in my groups.
Sin afraid the most is conditions + hexes. Have ur monks (in groups) remove these. Or you can also put on clarity runes (to remove blindness). or assassin remedy.
Dash, rez is useless (if you do pve alone). Dark escape, will and should replace dash any time any place. -50% dmg is > than +20 armor.
If you MUSt tank, then use crit defense, it'll save ur life more than u know. or smoke powder defense or shroud of distress.
You need elite skill palm strike, fastest charge, off hand skills out there.
with horn of the ox, or trampling ox, + falling spider, + death blossom.
(2 duals + 2 offhands) in 4 second time.
>> then repeats, it'll spam, it'll kill the whole groups. Notice, it wont 'work with groups that has stance for melee, This is when henches, heroes come along. >>>magic, to kill the one you can't kill.
Rez signet is not necessary for pve (unless for mission). If so, bring heroes and monks that will do the job. Once you're down to 30% there is no coming back not atleast looking pretty no more.
Death charges you can live w/o, critical eyes, shadow refugee, you can too live w/o, put in pve skills. (pain inverter, ebon sniper support or other cool stuffs). Why? smart sin kills when they're out of sight. (have tank henchies go first) then you should be eliminate the one that targets ur monk. A good henches + monk heroes should keep you alive w/o you're healing urself.
Offensive = best defense.
if you have a zealous daggers, and you following up top of what skills to consider. Then you'd never have enuff energy to spam. + plenty to cast shroud + dark escape on urself in case you need to get out. or wait for quick heal. +30 hp mod would do. Defense rune such as infiltrator should be add to your armors. (these helps). Monk that gives you protective spirit, and lowering dmg cap helps, earth monk helps with melee ward, hero should help with ele ward.
...enuff to be said, experience on your own, not all build are used for all situation.
If all else fails, go for crit barrage ranger, or perma sin, they're always popular ,
for pvp is another different story. It comes with experience, (either from fighting alot, or using ur own skills alot).
