Waste. When your primary attribute doesn't benefit or work in supplement to your secondary profession stuff, it's a waste. Only good thing that comes out of mo/r beast mastery is the pet smiter, which is a pretty weak general build as is. It's decent in specific groups, but bad for all purpose.

Nope it is perfecty fine for a bonder or if you are casting active enchants.The key is lying symbiosis to raise the hp.

Melandru's Resilience is pretty funky in RA.
Other than that, Mo/R is a waste of time.
