Default Razah

What can I do with this guy? I'm a W and I usually travel with a SF Ele and Olias as a Minion Bomber. Typically, I favor my third hero as Morgahn as a party support but I've been thinking about utilizing a Rit. I don't know jack about Rits. What's a good build for this guy that he'll actually use that doesn't require me watching him the whole time?

Splinter weapon=gg vs mobs.

If you want good Razah builds, go to this page. There are 2 on there that work really well in Hard Mode.

Don't forget Warmongers Weapon, major caster interrupt, can make anything with a cast longer than 3/4s useless if you have a 33% IAS.

Yeah, saw that yesterday too but thanks for the link. Guess I'll look at those two builds and come up with something that would work ok with my War. Thanks for tip about Warmongers. Maybe I'll post a combined build later and see what people think.

Edit -- Evilsod I just read your post in that thread (last of course), build looks interesting. I'll try that out

Just turn off Warmongers/Splinter... so he doesn't spam them randomly. Only really worth using if you have a Scythe or the usual range of multi-hit axe skills. Warmongers if you feel you need to decimate a few casters and Splinter Weapon works perfectly if you bodyblock things properly round a corner letting you destroy the entire mob in 2 attacks.

Course this isn't for everyone... i've just found completely overbuffing my Dervish and letting minions take the hits and blow up works like a charm for killing pretty much everything... backfires nicely though when you try to kill 3 Azure Shadows and end up taking about 210 damage each attack.

I'm not too sure about carrying multiple weapon spells. Maybe its just my razah, but I remember him overwriting weap spells quite a bit. Likewise when I went to try things out in factions with the henchies like chiyo and gai.

Could just be my memory playing with me though. I've had him just flat out minion bombing pretty much after that first try at weap spells. He does that fine. Though if you want splinter weap (and it is great for pve) it may pay to just stick it on a curse necro. Mark of pain, splinter and barbs is great for any pve warrior to have.

I don't know much about Rits, but this has gotten me through most of the HM I've done so far. I'm not saying it's the best, because I know it isn't, but it works for me.

Can't go wrong with any of those, unless you're running a party with no martial classes.

I posted this a bit ago:

I'm not sure what all the [wiki]splinter weapon[/wiki] hype is all about. Mild to mediocre AoE damage does nothing unless youre in a group spiking it or tthose target groupsdon't have healers.
