You could also consider replacing Assassin's Promise with [wiki]Weapon of Quickening[/wiki] to help recharge your binding rituals, and putting the points from Deadly Arts into Spawning to aid Boon of Creation.

Just posted that in another thread, dulled weapon can be swapped for whatever. Attributes should be pretty obvious.
As for anguish, the nerfs mean that you should only bring one of disenchantment, dissonance, wanderlust, or anguish. Any more and you'll likely have exhaustion issues. With just one on your bar, you're actually better off than before, as they cost less energy.

Woah, people use boon of creation in that build???
I've always done fine with that assassin's promise build without BoC, generally I just bring Mend Body and Soul for quick condition removal. You really don't need any energy management skills except Assassin's Promise (trust me, I used this build all through Nightfall, except against Shiro since he wouldn't die). My way, you have an optional slot for whatever (I chose Mend Body and Soul, but you can pick anything) and you don't have to throw any points into Spawning. My attributes:
Communing: 11+1+3
Channeling:10+1
Spawning:6
Restoration:2
Deadly Arts: 8
I could probably switch the points in Spawning and Restoration, but that build works fine energy-wise.
As to your question about Anguish, you should be able to keep that in there. I generally use Dissonance, but I should probably switch to Anguish, since it'll last longer and have to be recast less.
