Actually, Selfless Spirit is a 1/4 second cast, making it really hard to interupt. It's Glyph of Renewal that takes longer, 1s cast, put together, 1 1/4s cast, which is basically 1 second.

With the build, you basically ARE ready whenever, Glyph of Renewal + Selfless Spirit CAN be recast every 10 seconds or so...

But with this build, you really Dont HAVE to cast it every 10 seconds if you dont want to, your energy will be fine as any other build. You can use the two skill combo in instances of energy crisis or for normal E-management or all the time.

During the Period that Selfless Spirit is up, you can cast the following chain

Glyph of Renewal>Selfless Spirit>Dayna's Kiss>Word's of Comfort>Dismiss Condition>Ethereal Light>Dayna's Kiss

in that period of time, I cast five 5 energy spells, 5x5=25 So:

Lets say for instance, you have 55 energy

55 energy -5 (glyph of energy) -5 (selfless spirit) = 45
-0 (dwayna's kiss)
-0 (word's of comfort)
-0 (dismiss condition)
-0 (ethereal light)
+ Natural Energy Regen
= End up with ~55 Energy

You just cast 25 Energy worth of spells for 0 Energy.

The two skill chain isnt long to cast and doesnt have to be maintained, just hit Glyph of Renewal ALWAYS before Selfless Spirit or it will take 60 seconds to recharge.

Think of it as something like hitting your Blessed Signet for energy
