Default AI and stances.

If I were to put both [skill]Flail[/skill] and [skill]Rush[/skill] on a warrior hero, would the hero cancel one for the other as the situation demanded - [skill]Rush[/skill] to cancel out [skill]Flail[/skill] for the purposes of mobility/catching moving foes, and vice versa for IAS? They both require a very modest amount of adrenaline, so keeping them both charged shouldn't be a problem.

No. At least, neither my Koss or Goren use them well. I kinda hate the warrior hero AI in general. They always seem to use skills out of order or at the wrong time. You'd be better off disabling both skills and micro'ing.

Don't understand what you're trying. Why would you use flail in pvp, and what do you need rush for in pve?

Either way, I don't think heroes stance well, so don't rely on them to stance dance. Unless you want to micro them. If you don't want to ever have to look at a hero bar while playing, just stick once stance on them. They'll try and keep it up all the time (well, once combat starts if you're using IAS anyway).

As far as I've seen, they will NOT cancel stance. When the Flail runs out, they'll decide at that point whether it's better to use Flail or Rush, and will wait until it ends before choosing a stance. If you want them to cancel, you're going to have to micro.

Hammer Warriors and Rush is better than sprint if you can guarantee the adrenaline (fairly easy in PvE).

There's nothing wrong with rush, I'm just wondering why you need it for pve. You can only take 8 skills, why bring a speed stance in pve (unless you're running)? If something runs, either snare it or beat on something else. Even just keep running at normal speed, if they run, they're not casting and the rest of your party can mop up their friends.

Most people prefer enraging charge since it'll automatically cancel when they hit an enemy and they also get an adrenaline boost too.
